I purchased a fiddle fig from BrighterBlooms after reading reviews, but the fiddle fig was nothing like the images the reviewers posted. The plant arrived looking basically "meh meh" and I feel totally deceived. Based off the reviews, I even went with the 4-5 foot fiddle fig expecting it to be equally as lovely as the photos. I reached out to someone from BrightBlooms sharing multiple photos of a plant with over a dozen dead black leaves. The response I got was to scratch the plant and see if it is still green, if so, then the plant is still alive. If the bar is that customers should be happy if they receive a plan that is Not dead, then that is an extremely extremely low bar... should have trusted my instinct to not buy a plant online(!)
Package arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Any leaves on the tree are dead so I am hoping it will come out of dormancy. It has been planted for about a week now and is still dormant. Fingers crossed it will spring into life any day now.
The people I spoke with were so helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tree arrived in a little rough shape but not do to brighter blooms, was packed up tight and secure, the delivery company threw it around a lot by looks of box, weather was also very hot so some of the smaller branches were & are still turning black & dying but think it will rally

All I can say is we got the tree but it was seven days after shipping by the time we got it the leaves were almost all off of it we watered it right away and got it in the ground I'm just hoping that it's going to survive. Giving it the water it needs in this dry heat that we have watering often. Second time I've ordered this tree because I really like it I hope it makes it.

The banana plant came packaged very well, and even though the outside box was damaged during transit, the plant was safe and healthy. It was the perfect size to plant in the yard and has been growing very well over the last few weeks. I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying more plants from this site.

We ordered 6 plants. Most plants travelled very well and made it here looking gorgeous. Two plants had serious issues, and lost many leaves/had leaves damaged during the transport Rubber tree plant/potato plant). The other 4 were great and only took a few days for the plants to refresh themselves after travel.
I wish my Nellie Stephens Holly trees were fuller. Several have rather pronounced gaps among the branches. Perhaps they will eventually fill in?
For the cost, I did it expect leaves to be dropping everyday from day of arrival and into this third week. Will try fertilizing, but should not be necessary since so recently from nursery.

When I opened the box there was a lot of leaves that had already fallen off. I planted the lilac quickly hoping for a recovery but it ended up losing all of it's original leaves. My lilac is struggling to survive.
