The tree arrived with the leaves crunchy and very dried out. The soil was still moist. We have been trying to revive it but the leaves have not moistened at all and we're afraid this tree won't make it.

Very pleased with the delivery of my hydrangea and snake plant. They were hydrated and green.
I received my order promptly. Two of the plants were in great shape. The third didn't have a lot of soil in it and a little on the frail side. I'll just have to watch it closely. But overall, I am satisfied with the other two.
They charged me $1000 and sent me tiny dead plants when they had a promise of tall trees. Please save your money and use a reliable place.

I ordered a dwarf tree variety I could not find locally. At first I was worried my tree wouldn't survive but after two weeks we have a happy healthy tree. When the tree arrived there had been a couple day delay with the shipping company (no fault of brighterblooms) and unfortunately the leaves had all dried up and fallen off after 24 hours. I gave their customer service a call and they instructed me on the best way to keep the plant healthy while new leaves grew in and to keep and eye on it and call again if there were any problems. I have to admit I was really worried at first that this tree was a goner but after 2 weeks we already have a bunch of new leaf growth and I could not be happier!
Experience was great. My larger plant is extremely dried. Some leaves have fallen. The trunk looks a little dark and dry and some of the giant leaves have dried spots. Its not lack of water. Please help not sure what to do?
I think because of the hot weather and the shipping takes for ever to arrive.
