I purchased 2 apple trees & 1 purple fig tree. Upon arrival they were packaged very well & looked great! One of my apple trees started wilting a bit after being planted, I gave a few days, & then called customer service to see if they had any advice. The guy I talked to was very helpful & talked me through a couple different things I can try & said to give it a little time. He told me that if it does end up dying it can be replaced within 30 days. I'm hoping it's just because it's been so hot out & that it perks back up, but I'm glad to know I'm not out the money if it doesn't make it. My other two trees are doing amazing! I will definitely buy from them again!
Excellent advice on both of the plants I bought from the online rep. We, unfortunately, began a historic heat wave the day these arrived and fingers crossed that the newly planted plants survive the transfer. If they do, I think they will look spectacular.

Although the item itself did not cost $100 or over, the total did come to $130.89; so I feel I should have been able to use the "$15 off first purchase." Thectree was fine, I thought it would be a little bigger, but it will be fine.
I received 2 butterfly bushes, a Rose of Sharon tree and a Myer lemon tree. All arrived in wonderful condition and are thriving in my yard! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely order again. Customer service is amazing also!

Delivery went well, but all the leaves fell off both the Thai Bougainvillea plants in the boxes and the Crape Myrtle came wilted and after a couple weeks does not look much better. I am hopeful that all three plants will do better once they acclimate to the environment.

It is very hot this year here in West Texas, and the first shipment arrived with leaves completely dried. After a week, they showed no sign of recovery. Brighter Blooms replaced my order and the new order came in with healthy, beautiful trees. Brighter Blooms is so easy to work with. They patiently listened to my complaint and rectified it by replacements that same day.
Everything was almost dead - threw away 1/2 the orders.
The plants were much smaller than i expected. I can spend the same locally and get much bigger.
