I get a tree that is in a box! That might have been ok but this just had to have been sitting in the box for a while! There was more brown leaves than there was green! My tree was dead when I got it it is dieng! I followed y'all's directions to the tee!
I think customer service was great when I was purchasing my tree, but dropped off tremendously when I called after the arrival of my half dead tree. My tree arrived several days late and it had lost so many leaves and had been infested with some kind of mite. I advised customer service and I was just told to wait a while. They refunded me just $18. I don't really feel this is the appropriate response. I am not sure if I'd be comfortable shopping with the company again.
This is my second double blooming gardenia tree. They both came in seemingly good condition. The first one died about a month later after getting mildewy powder or aphids. Second one came looking even better with flowers ready to bloom. This time it has only been two to three weeks and this one is now dying. I sent pictures both times requesting help and have never received feedback or help on what I might be doing wrong.

Both trees arrived very well packaged in sturdy cardboard and were in perfect condition. A month later they are perfect. Thanks for growing them. Very few were available. We tried many nurseries before we found you. Will order from you again.
I ordered a dwarf lemon tree and although it was shipped to me in a timely manner, it arrived completely dead and shriveled. I contacted customer service because surely we have figured out how to ship in the summer if it's been rush shipped, and they sent me a new one immediately along with a tracking number. The second one arrived completely healthy (a tiny bit smaller but I'd rather smaller than dead) a few days later and I'm satisfied with the plant so far, it isn't even in shock after its arrival.
