Great experience, the trees were beyond my expectations
I bought 8 apple trees with warranties. It cost $1000. One tree died and I was given a difficult time redeeming my warranty. Despite having bought 6-7' trees I was provided 5' tree as a replacement due to inventory and not refunded one dime for the difference in value
The long box was broke open on the bottom in muddy condition and most all of the stems and branches were broken... We planted them and hope they'll make it, but we are doubtful... Jim Lavey

So far so good but surprised they came immediately. Most fall orders I place come dormant and at the proper fall planting time. I'm nurturing them in their pots for a few more weeks
The trees came well packaged and quickly. They did have kne minor break at the top of one of the trees which I'm almost positive happened I'm shipping that caused the top 8 inches to be dead (I took a photo). But the rest of the tree seems healthy still. I'll fond out sooner or later if the damage in shipping caused it to die or not. (Not sure how much it matters, but the box it was in was on it's side rather than the "this side up"). The proces were very competitive if not better than other places I looked.

The condition of the one plant was very poor, and I am hoping that it can be revived. The leaves looked like they have a wicked disease, as they were spotted and were all torn up, some were dried up and completely dead.
My plant is not progressing properly, despite having the right environment and care.

The Willow looked great and seems to be hanging on so far. The ground is soggy and it was much needed. The other smaller plant didn't look as great. It had been ripped somehow in shipping, so some of the blooms fell off. I'm hoping it will perk back up again though. Overall given they were shipped, I thought the plants did pretty well.

We received two beautiful and healthy triple crown thornless blackberry bushes. They made it through the heat and drought due to their excellent packaging of these plants. This business is well organized and conscientious about their plants.
