It has lost all of its leaves. I have it sitting on my porch so it won't get too much sun. I don't know what to do to keep it from dying..
Package came in partially damaged. Plant was very healthy. Tip of the plant was folded down to fit in the package which caused the plant to crack on one side, but I don't think that's a problem at all. So far plant is doing well. I am satisfied with service. Will definitely buy plants from you again.

They took good care of me for a dead tree but I was charged a good(high) price for the help. I was happy until they sent the tree to the wrong address. I had the initial tree sent to my house but requested the replacement tree be sent somewhere else. We were out of town and upon return found a pretty dried out tree on our porch.

It was almost 8 feet tall and in amazing shape. It endured transplanting and is now thriving.
I was not at all pleased with the look of my flowers once arriving late to the funeral home. I was not given the option to over night ship for even express ship. When the flowers were delivered it as after the funeral was concluded and they looked dead.
