At first, I thought they had gotten my order wrong because only one box, smaller than I thought necessary for one, much less two trees and tree kits arrived. However, the trees and tree kits were packaged perfectly and the trees were healthy and beautiful. Now, a month out, I'm getting my first blossoms! I purchased Calamondin trees earlier this summer and have trees loaded with tiny fruit!

The product came in a box and it was took a while for it to get here and it wasn't in good shape and it still isn't there are planted in the ground so we'll see what else what happens

Had three Baby Blue Spruce delivered. One was losing needles upon delivery day. We waited until we were sure it had died before letting Brighter Blooms know. We talked on the phone and sent pictures of its final days. Brighter Blooms agreed and sent us a replacement with a very healthy Baby Blue. Very cooperative and friendly company to do business with.
