Said package delivered and it hasn't been. Rep at blooms said wait 24 hrs. Huh. Why? Call fed ex and find out what's going on. Makes no sense
Update- I found the package at a neighbors house without BB s help. Manager called me to follow up on my rating. She was super nice and apologetic for my experience. She also offered me a discount on my purchase without me asking. The follow up experience was very good. Unfortunately first impressions r just that. I may try them again just based on the manager s follow up bedside manner.

I bought a tree for my friends birthday and it was not doing very well. She's just now see improvements. I bought a tree for myself and it was very nice and is doing great.

My plant arrived very secure in its packaging and although the box was a little beaten up the plant was unharmed and ready to plant.

I received my 3 Lilac trees within days of placing my order. I was very impressed with how well packaged they were. All 3 trees were the ordered height that I paid for. Two of the trees were beautifully shaped. One was a lot more puny with lots of crossing branches but I'm hoping I will eventually be able to shape it into a nice tree. I planted all 3 immediately and they seem to be doing well. I can't wait to see how they bloom in the Spring. I definitely will order from this company in the future.

In the past couple years selections at local nurseries have been very limited. I was a bit cautious at first since not being able to have face to face experience. However, I was very pleased with packaging, arrival time and condition of tree. I" m looking forward to the enhancement the tree will add to my front yard.

I ordered 8 one gallon shurbs, the person doing the packing had no care about the way they were packaged,
every bush was broke somewhere, bad handling and packaging.

Hello. We received the fig tree in a very bad condition. Almost dead and no leafs. And now is getting a little better. So is not dead but since it was a present. I was a little disappointed.

Two trees ordered but only one looks like it will be okay. Growth on one; the other does not look like it will.

So disappointed. I'll have to return it soon. Ugh

First of all, the shipping process and the time it took to get to my house were quick and easy! I ordered two trees and they came securely packaged and delivered without any problems. The only slight concern I have is that one of the trees was extremely warped and both trees had dark spots on the leaves which I'm worried are diseases or nesting insects. I picked off the leaves that had dark spots but this left my tree almost bare. I was worried about planting them next to my other healthy trees in my yard, but time will tell how they do. Overall, I still like this nursery but I wish I could have seen what I bought before it was delivered. If I could have, I would have chosen a different tree.
