The trees look amazing! I will say we ordered two trees (6-7') dwarf Bing and dwarf black cherry. They both look exceptionally healthy, but the Bing cherry has very few leaves on it. The black cherry tree has 5x the leaves and also looks healthy as can be! We just think the Bing cherry looks a little bare.

The shipping was so quick and I very much appreciate that. I was so excited for this tree. Unfortunately the tree arrived a mess. More leaves were scattered throughout the box than was on the tree quite a bunch of soil was scattered throughout also. Unpackaged and there isn't one single leaf on the tree that isn't damaged. The leaves are either curling or are big time bruised or torn, most are all of the above. I called for assistance to brighter blooms and spoke with Ilene. Super nice lady and knowledgeable from what I heard. She explained the tree was in shock from shipping and should be fine in about a month. Well almost two weeks later more that 3/4 of the leaves have fallen and the smaller 3-5 inch twigs have fallen off. Not one new bud or beginning of a new growth is showing. I'm so sad and I can only hope in a couple more weeks it will perk up. If not I do have the one year warranty but I am really hoping I won't need to use it.
When FedEx says end of day, they mean end of day. Like 11:30pm end of day. The trees are great! They were strong and took to the ground immediately. Of course the trees were given daily watering for two weeks straight and lots of natural rainwater from reserves. But the packaging of the trees could've been better. Stuffing two 6-foot trees into a single shipment box is a terrible idea. The two stuffed trees are totally wrapped and twisted over now. It'll probably take a while for them to straighten out. And because of the lack of space in the box. The two trees came with lots of damaged branches. The tree that shipped in its own box is in great shape. Straight as an arrow and standing tall. Either use a larger box, packaging the trees better or separate the trees into separate boxes. The product isn't done until they're thriving and looking like trees again, not hunched over sticks.

The shopping experience was great and products are great. The first order I purchased was damaged by fed ex. Brighter blooms communicated with me through the entire process and explained to me they would replace the damaged items. I just wish fed ex wasn't having so many issues with delivering items. This is the 3rd issue within a few weeks time I've dealt with. Keep up the good work Brighter Blooms.

I ordered 5 Rhododendron from 3 different companies. I chose Brighter Blooms because they had the color I needed. It was the sparset one but it is slowly showing signs of growth. I have ordered other things from them since.
