I orders 2 plants in dirt. Was shipped in 1 box with pot at each end. Of course, the shippers ignored the this side up symbol so one plant shipped mostly upside down and was damaged on all of its top branch endings. Since it was a Crepe Myrtle, it will recover, but it will affect the height of it for quite a while. It was healthy enough that it rebounded once in the ground, but if it had been shipped in a separate box from the Wisteria, which was also damaged but less so, it would have arrived in better condition.
They were pretty dried out when they cam but we were able to plant them right away - ten plants arrived one of them was a little sick with some wilted brown leaves but they all are planted now and seem to growing fine
I ordered three trees and also received a free raspberry bush. All of them were delivered very secure in heavy boxes. Products were all in good health & were exactly as described. I will be ordering more from this site in the future!
Very easy and no tricks or game playing. I'm giving the bushes time to recover & will send updates with pictures. I have no complaints. They've been very kind & we plan to stay in touch. Good people & the best customer service!

I still can't tell if it will pull through. It had almost no leaves, and the main stem of the tree has very obviously been clipped, which everyone knows should never be done to a tree. To say the least I am disappointed.
Ordered an avocado tree as a gift for a friend. Brighter Blooms was outstanding from start to finish. First with selection of an excellent tree, then with vigilant shipment tracking to assure the tree arrived at its destination safely and in good condition.
I explored this site to get a plant I've always wanted. The site was very descriptive with zones and delivery dates. I'm always cautious as we live very far north. I don't want to care for it too long before getting it planted.
A lot will be said if they don ship too soon. We still have snow on the ground.
I ordered two bougainvillea and for the price I paid I was terribly disappointed. They were delivered to my mailbox and not to my house which is a quarter of a mile away. The box was extremely heavy, not laid flat, so the plants were crushed inside. I'm hoping they live but for that much, I would have expected an easier packaging, shipping experience.it came with a free dogwood and that was snapped in shipment too. And the box with the staples is hard to open.

My peach tree and raspberry bush were pretty wilted when I got them but there's no way for me to know if that was the length of time in shipping or their appearance as they left the grower. Both were planted as soon as I received them. The peach tree's leaves are totally brown so I don't know yet if it will survive. The raspberry has green leaves that are dried and curled at the tips, so I have more hope for it's survival than the peach. As I say, I don't know if the condition of the product was with the shipper or the grower.
I did receive excellent customer service on a previous peach tree that this one was replacing.
The wood of the sweetheart cherry tree sprout is still standing after a couple of month, though all the leaves withered and turned brown due to the summer heat. We found out that the best time to plant them is winter or spring, I believe. Planning to use the warranty, hopefully. Thanks for the great delivery service though.

I've wanted to order a citrus cocktail tree ever since I knew they existed. I've finally purchased one and I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it is thriving. I've got leaves and flowers already. I'll have to update you when I get my 1st fruit. Received it in great condition and within 2-3 days.

My plants were delayed for two weeks by FedEx. Not the fault of brighter blooms. I fully expected dying plants but was pleasantly surprised! My plants arrived in beautiful condition due to the expert packaging.
I looked at all the local nurseries for this particular dogwood and there was none to be found within a 50 mile radius so I took a chance and purchased it from Brighter Blooms. The tree was about 5 feet tall, very full and healthy and arrived 3 days after my order was placed. My tree is beautiful. I am totally impressed with the service I received and for the great quality if the tree. I can't say enough about Brighter Blooms.
The fiddle leaf fig was well packaged and, surprisingly, in great shape when it arrived. Some of the leaves had brown spots, which is to be expected. I didn't pot it for a few days because I didn't order a planter until I knew the exact size of the plant. Once I got it potted and placed in a well lit space, it appeared to be happy and thriving. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will order from this company again.

Bulbs arrived neatly packaged in a straw material and they were already had green tops for planting and growing this season. Very satisfied. They even had a great guide inside to tell you how to plant your bulbs--big plus.

First time buying plant, tree online. Won't happen again! For the size I received I could have shopped locally and saved $50 or $60! I even paid more money and upgraded thinking I would get a 2-3 foot tree.
