Disappointed in the size and quality of tree. Could have bought a better specimen from a big box store. So much for buying plants on line. Not sure I have ever seen such a puny tree for sale. No one would pay 130.00 for this in person.

My plants showed up nicely packaged and alive, but were very lame. Very undersized compared to description and lacking root systems. I have them all in the ground and hoping they survive. My first order experience with you guys was awesome, I'm underwhelmed with my second order.

Easy to order and I was kept informed every step of the way. Tree arrived healthy and full of leaves and soil was still moist. Planted it straight away and it's taken so nicely. It even has new growth after 2 weeks. So happy with this purchase.
The tree showed up broken in two I. It's packaging. I got on your website, sent 3 picture of the broken tree still in its packaging and requested my money back. I received an email from Brighter Bloom stating they were very disappointed in their packaging, but I have not been refunded. I plan on trying again to see if it does any good.

I bought a skip laurel. I appreciated the fast delivery and communication efforts. The plant was also well-packaged. I was a tad disappointed because the plant arrived with many holes in their leaves. I say "a tad" because the website did mention that plants may arrive with damaged leaves due to being in a pot but I can't help think that this may be due to insect activity. In any case, it's been planted and looks good (as long as you don't look too closely). Hopefully, the new leaves will be fine.
I was not home when they were delivered. Someone... either the driver or my husband had the box standing upright... of course my husband feigned innocence... fortunately the plastic they were enclosed in lessened the damage. They are in the ground now and sprouting a few leaves. Can't wait to see how they''ll look come summer.
I was concerned about purchasing shrubs over the internet with a company I'm not familiar with but I'm so glad I did. Your products are shipped with great care and the size and condition are excellent. I've planted the Holly Bushes already and am looking forward to seeing them mature.

A branch was lost on the cherry tree due to delivery but otherwise well packed. We put them in the ground the very next day and they seem to like their home so far. Can't wait to see them in the spring (VA winters are a bit unpredictable these days).
I signed up for emails to get a promo code. When I applied the $15 promo code, my free shipping what changed to a $30 charge.? Obviously, the promo code is useless.
Brighter Blooms, PLEASE do not use Fed Ex. Their deliveries are late more often than they're on time.
The peach trees were already leafed out when I received them. I was worried. Despite the best of care one of the 3 didn't make it.
I had placed an extra $15 to guarantee their survival, but when I called to request replacement I was told it would be a long and convoluted process to claim my guarantee.
Now it will be too late to plant, if they do eventually approve the replacement. So sad.

Ordered 12 plants (2 shrubs, 10 tress) from them. The price was good. Delivery was quick. Products were packaged efficiently and as condensed as possible. Plants were alive, healthy, and ready to go in the ground. Over all a very positive experience with BrighterBlooms and I would shop with them again without hesitation.
My tree came in almost perfect condition, only one branch was broke at the bottom due to shipping. Otherwise, it was perfect and very healthy. My order came in just a couple of days which was impressive! I received a coupon for a discount for 1st purchase after signing up to website which I didn't see till after placing my order. Called customer service to see about getting the discount applied and they refunded me the difference right away, no problems.
I've been looking for a pink willow tree for a long long time, I'm excited is finally here. The baby tree came home tallish (6 ft) but with not many branches, it looks tall but so so little. I am hopeful coming spring our tree will flourish. Too soon to tell, but hopeful.
I ordered a plant to honor a woman who was very special to me, passed away at the beginning of October, I ordered the plant so it could be places at her home, it took fifteen days before it reached its destination. It was dried out and looked dreadful when it arrived. I am still angry, her daughter the recipient believes she can restore it, me not so sure. That plant cost me $77.00. There will be no good review here.

I ordered a creeping myrtle from BrighterBlooms, it arrived in great condition, I planted it per the instructions. All was going great until we had a suddenly cold weather snap. The plant pretty much died then so I contacted BB & was instructed on further care. Didn't work, it was dead. They replaced the plant with a larger, more expensive creeping myrtle, no hassles at all. The plant is growing nicely in my yard now. Love BrighterBlooms!

Update- I found the package at a neighbors house without BB s help. Manager called me to follow up on my rating. She was super nice and apologetic for my experience. She also offered me a discount on my purchase without me asking. The follow up experience was very good. Unfortunately first impressions r just that. I may try them again just based on the manager s follow up bedside manner.

Ordered two trees, mix up on delivery, when arrived both trees dead. Called representative very nice had me take pictures and he agreed that trees were dead. He was going to send replacement no charge, new trees arrived both dead, I did not call back again, I summed this up as a loss. Very disappointed, will never order again

I made an additional purchase and neglected to add the 1 year warranty at the time of purchase. I called in to verify that the warranty could be added and the individual assisting me was quite helpful, knowledgeable, patient and assisted me with a couple other questions as well. We have been purchasing from the company for the past few years and have never had a negative experience.
I ordered a lime tree for my husband for christmas. It arrived within a few days, so I asked the online chat on your website how long I could leave it in the box. They said 2 weeks max, but after one week I took it out to water. All the leaves were dead. I even gave it fish water for nutrients. Didn't even give him the present.
