We bought this 4' tall Gardenia as a memorial to my son who sadly passed away at only 50 in May. The plant arrived on time and was well packaged. It has now been in the ground about 3 weeks and has ONE (we think it is a sign) beautiful fragrant blossom already. Plus, it is growing new leaves. We love it. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The customer service was excellent. The first tree sent was beautiful but not the correct tree. I was told to keep it and they would send the right one. It came quickly and was a little smaller. We planted it then a day later another arrived. It was much taller so we took the one out of the ground and planted the nicer one. Customer service said to keep it so we gave one to the neighbor and planted the first wrong tree in our backyard.

I've only made 2 orders so far from Brighter Blooms but a couple hundred all together from other mail order websites. The first order was for 2 bottlebrushes in zone 8a that arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, after this last freaky winter we had in Texas, despite winter protection, they perished. Thankfully, it was simple to redeem my 1 year warranty. This last order was for a 5-6 foot ginkgo tree and a 2 gallon snow-n-summer jasmine. The order wasn't in the best of condition when it arrived. The top foot of the ginkgo tree was broke and hanging down. I don't like that I paid for that extra foot but forced to cut off what broke during shipment. So there's that plus the jasmine was a light shade of green when it should be a deep dark green. I should know because I have 10 others already planted. However, that is a pretty easy fix with some iron so that's not a deal. I still didn't like having paid for an extra foot that I lost though.

The plants that I received were in much better shape, much larger and half the price of the same plants I purchased the year before from my local nursery. The range dn choice of plants was great.

They arrived kind of beat up from shipping and with some dead buds on them. So far I'm not super happy with how they look since planting but I'm trying to bring them back to life. They don't look great; they had on the website they could be planted at this time and would be good in my area, but I'm in florida and these plants are not doing great in the heat despite plant food, following instructions and watering. Hopefully I don't need to utilize the warrentee but it's looking that way cause they are dying.

It was very easy to buy, came promptly, and looked good upon arrival. Looking forward to my home grown lemons!

Trees were wrapped well and all but one looked really good. One of the Cleaveland Pear trees had a lot of brown leaves that I cut off but overall the tree looked healthy, I'll know in time.

I ordered a lilac tree and was so impressed with the packaging and how healthy it was on arrival! Would highly recommend

I ordered a Korean Lilac and it looks fantastic. I was a little worried about having a tree shipped to us but it was packaged well arrived in great shape. I love that it has been trained/pruned into a nice tree shape.

My only quibble was that I had to call to place the order, I would have preferred if I could just check out on the website.

Planted dogwood as described. Started dying in 2 days. Watered, came back a little, then dying again, then leaves burning up. I did not add anything to the soil. Just wv type soil normal backyard soil

Arrived on schedule, was moist and exactly as described. Well done BrighterBlooms.

When it came it was cared for extremely! The trunk was a lot smaller then I expected.
