I had looked locally for a specific kind of tree, but no one carries it. I found it online at Brighter Blooms and took a chance on a sight-unseen purchase from a company that was new to me. Communication and tracking were excellent, and my tree arrived quickly. It had some damage to the trunk, so I notified Brighter Blooms right away in case the tree failed to thrive. They offered to replace it without waiting to see if it would live. What excellent Customer Service! Replacement street arrived a few days later in excellent condition. Thank you Brighter Blooms!

I found the exact tree at a fair price on BrighterBlooms. However, it took longer to receive it, and during that time, the weather every day was very warm. I was concerned about the product and I was correct. The tree was stressed and looked very thirsty. I planted it immediately and fertilized. It now has many more rose buds and is blooming after three weeks.
I was very upset with the condition my plants arrived in. I planted all six hydrangeas right away and watered them hoping that they would thrive and 4 are still in poor condition and very droopy, one is completely dead. One seems to be coming back to life. I will certainly not purchase from Brighter Blooms again and I'm so discouraged that I'm out $455.

I purchased a little lime hydrangea tree. It came in a well secured and ventilated box. The tree was is great shape when it arrived.
The delivery was suppose to arrive on a Thursday but didn't get there until Sunday. Meanwhile we had record breaking heat.
The plants looked terrible when we opened them but we watered them immediately and then planted them. I two of them will make it but the other two are nearly dead. I've call customer service a couple times and they were very supportive.
