One of the three plants were placed upside down and appears to have been damaged during delivery. I have replanted all 3 and awaiting the status. After a week, we are still seeing green but that one plant is about half the size of the other two.
I orders 2 plants in dirt. Was shipped in 1 box with pot at each end. Of course, the shippers ignored the this side up symbol so one plant shipped mostly upside down and was damaged on all of its top branch endings. Since it was a Crepe Myrtle, it will recover, but it will affect the height of it for quite a while. It was healthy enough that it rebounded once in the ground, but if it had been shipped in a separate box from the Wisteria, which was also damaged but less so, it would have arrived in better condition.
Plants came in 2 shipments. 1st shipment was ok but second came days later with soil loose and all over box. 2nd box plants were dried out and could not be saved.
Navaho blackberry plant was dead when I received it. Had been dead quite a long time as it had no leaves and stem was brittle
I'm so excited to see how my tree does over the years. My only disappointment and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that, for a tree with a height of 6-7 ft, I expected a much larger DBH. The tree is about as thick as a cue stick.

Looked and looked for my strawberry/vanilla hydrangea tree. Brighter blooms was the only place that said they were getting more in. They put me in a list to notify me when back in stock, received an email, I ordered, and my tree was delivered in no time... in great shape! Now just waiting on it to bloom.
Our Korean lilac tree arrived in wonderful condition. I was happily surprised upon removing it from the box at how pretty it was.
