I ordered a lilac tree and received something that was very very small. It was purchased as a gift and sent directly to the persons house and they thought it was a joke.
So far so good. The trees are doing great. Will be back for a Avocado tree.

All of my plants arrived with no dirt in the containers. It was all loose in the boxes. My shrubs were basically all bare rooted. Two of them appear to be almost dead.

I placed an order with Brighter Blooms and the order arrived in two separate shipments 3 days apart. The second order trees were dying by the time they arrived, many leaves in the box, dry soil. I did call and was told to give it a few weeks to see if they come back to life.

I received both plants and the Swiss Cheese plant was all fine. However, the banana plant came with 2 (out of 4) broken and yellow/brown leaves. I have replanted it and have re-potted it, but I am not sure it will survive.

The tree was delivered to a side door off the kitchen that is rarely used. It was very hot that day and the tree sat there for a while until I saw an email that the tree was delivered. I walked the perimeter of the property and found the tree and immediately planted it. The tree was well packaged but there were still a number of broken stems which were dried out and had to be removed. The tree appears to be doing well in its new location.
