The plants were delivered in the good condition. I notice that they seem to grow a little but slower than the same type from local nursery but in general, the plants are still growing well

Two plants came in one box. One was placed on top of another. One plant died a week later. I'm still trying to revive a lemon tree. I think a $69 stick with three leaves is kind of expensive.

Wife and I ordered a QTY (2) of your 2 Gallon Black Raspberry Bushes on June 10th. Was told they usually ship within 2 days - they are still on hold as far as the last e-mail I received. Had been told they may ship by the end of June... we are still waiting.

Patiently waiting as of July 5th.

Very small rooted branch which they are calling 3-4 feet tree.it came with a branch broken. Bought two of the 3-4 feet trees and they came sqished in a narrow box. Not sure if I will buy there again or recommend them.

I ordered an August Bloom Gardenia tree for a gift. It was delivered, beautifully and my friend loved it!

Ordered 4-2 gallon knock out roses. One was significantly smaller than the other 3. After planting the same plant is struggling to grow at the same rate and has more of a drooping posture. I hope it will eventually snap to!

Tried to call the customer service number because I had a question. It said there were 5 calls ahead of me and I could leave my number for a call back. Called again 2 hours later. There were 2 calls ahead of me. No call ever came.

Other than that, the tree was nicely packed and healthy and is doing well so far.

Received my lemon and orange trees very quickly and they are doing great! Very green and healthy when arrived and continue to be green and healthy in my patio.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered the Star Jasmine. I had previously ordered a larger plant for a house I was renting and planted in the back yard. It took off like gang busters and the fragrance reminded me of my midnight jasmine plants from sitting out evenings at my house in Santa Barbara. Unfortunately, the home owner told me she was going to sell, so I left the jasmine plant at the house when I moved into an apartment.
Missing the fragrance so much, I reordered a smaller plant for a large talavera pot on my lanai. It was ordered and received three days later in great shape and is already climbing on the trellis in the pot and sprouting new growth. I expext in a few months to see the pretty white blossoms and again enjoy the fragrance I so enjoy!

Ordered 2 blooming trees. They arrived quickly and both seem healthy.

The site is easy to navigate and good information on the properties of the plants; planting, health requirements and care. Checkout was a breeze.

I received the wrong product at first but when I called... they apologized and told me to keep the one I had received and then the correct product was received.

I lost my very old oaks in a tornado and needed some trees in the ground pronto. Happy to find sycamores in pots.

My star jasmine was blooming when it arrived and hasn't stopped; new foliage every day

I had many vendors to choose from and am glad I chose BrighterBlooms. The plant arrived quickly and in good shape. It has adapted well and believe it will be large enough next year to bear fruit. Will order from here in the future.

My peach tree and raspberry bush were pretty wilted when I got them but there's no way for me to know if that was the length of time in shipping or their appearance as they left the grower. Both were planted as soon as I received them. The peach tree's leaves are totally brown so I don't know yet if it will survive. The raspberry has green leaves that are dried and curled at the tips, so I have more hope for it's survival than the peach. As I say, I don't know if the condition of the product was with the shipper or the grower.
I did receive excellent customer service on a previous peach tree that this one was replacing.
