I Wen to the site and easily found what I was looking for. I placed the order. I got an email saying that I would be notified when the order shipped in 1 to 2 days. About a week later my piece still hadn't shipped. I called customer service and they told me they didn't ship the order because they needed to verify my info. I did then my order shipped. My issue was if you need some thing from me to ship my order then someone should reach out to me and let me know that so I'm notwaken around for an piece that's never comming. If I hadn't called what would my order still be sitting there?
Wrong plants were sent. When the correction was made and I received the 5 TRI colored willows that I ordered, they arrived in very poor condition.

I bought 2 fig tress, one as a gift for a vows exchange and one for myself. After 1 week all leaves are gone, even though I kept them both in their original pots on a very sunny balcony, as instructed in the flyer. One also lost all fig fruits. I don't know what went wrong after such short time..

I received my trees within a few days of ordering. The trees were planted two days later. One is already budding flowers, the other is struggling a bit. I will give it a few more months to see if both are flourishing.

The product came half dead. It was dried up and it seems that the company does not stand behind their products by the way we were treated on the customer service line.
The tree I ordered was pretty much dead when I received it. The leaves were wilted and and crispy along with a couple branches. Still trying to revive it but it has lost all the leaves now and slowly losing hope. Pretty disappointed after spending so much money on the tree.

Items were 90% dead by the time they finally arrived. It took weeks for items to be delivered. Long shipping may have been the main reason why items were so damaged. For such sensitive items, expedited shipping should be the default method of shipping.
