Quaking Aspen Delight

The tree arrive earlier than expected and was packed very carefully. We took it out the box, followed the instructions and in a couple of days the tree started to grow new leaves and branches. We are very happy with the purchase.

This order was a replacement for an earlier order. The first order was not useable and the second order was worse. The shipping box was in bad shape and indicated poor handling. The Brighter Blooms representative was very courteous and tried to be helpful.

Great selection. Easy easy to navigate site and make purchase. Suggestions pertinent to your search were also nice. Plants came well packaged and in good condition. My only complaint is that one of the plants was very robust and the other two were less so.

Disapponted

My order arrived later than expected and although the box said "Lay Flat" it was delivered standing on end. One of the plants had been suspended upside and most of the potting compost and moisture had fallen out of the pot. The shrub was very dried and sad looking. I immediately watered it and pruned back the dead heads before planting it as instructed. We are hoping it will come back - it wasn't cheap - but right now that's looking doubtful.

Patio Blueberry Bushes

Shopping and order placement was easy. Product delivered in a few days. And (2) bushes were in great condition. Nice established bushes which already had baby berries! Now I just have to wait for them to grow and produce. Hopefully will be a nice treat when I can harvest.

I'VE PLANTED MY TREE A FEW DAYS AFTER I RECIEVED IT ALONG WITH MY HONEY SUCKLE. UNFORTUNATELY THE WEATHER HAS BEEN SO VERY HOT THAT THEY ARE TAKING AWHILE TO TAKE OFF. BUT THEY STILL LOOK GOOD.

Not as good as before!

Before, all plants came in perfect shape, this time my tree arrived dried up. Soil was dry in a plastic bag
(which means tree wasn't watered before shipping). I soaked it in water than put it in a pot. Yesterday I've noticed new growth yay! Tree is saved, but this should never happened.

Ordered an avocado tree as a gift for a friend. Brighter Blooms was outstanding from start to finish. First with selection of an excellent tree, then with vigilant shipment tracking to assure the tree arrived at its destination safely and in good condition.

I would rate it five star but it wouldn't let me select the 5th star on my phone…. Very satisfied! My trees were broken by the delivery company when they arrived but when I contacted customer support at Brighter Blooms they sent me two new trees right away that came in perfect condition.
