My purchase went smoothly, and the rose arrived well-packaged and with a nicely damp root ball. It was shipped during an especially hot period and a number of its leaves got crispy and died, but there are still a small number that are gamely recovering from the shock. I planted it immediately in a container and have been babying it to help it along. I see some tiny new leaves forming, which is great. I fully expect it will do well, it seems very healthy overall despite the heat shock.
Leaves were a little more beat up than last time... which was PERFECT. BUT - - - STILL so EXCITED that I can order - even a banana plant! Peach tree is BIG, too ---- DANDY!

Fast & easy-beautiful, healthy trees that were easy to plant & maintain
I was skeptical to order a plant on line wondering how they would even ship it. It arrived in a plastic bag and was as fresh as it could be. In the first 3 days though the leaves started to curl and turn brown. I realized I hadn't been watering it enough so I watered it daily for two weeks, picked off all the brown leaves and it seems to have recovered. I'll have a better idea next summer once it starts blooming. That's why I've been reluctant to fill out the survey since I don't think they bloom the first year.

Plants arrived almost dead. Had a very difficult time getting the the appropriate refund. After 3 attempts I settled on a 40% adjustment.

I ordered the 5-6ft tree, hoping it might hover close to 5ft, but it far exceed 6ft, which was delightful and unexpected! Several branches covered in healthy leaves. Not a single leaf fell off in transit which is also so rare in my experience ordering trees from other companies.
My olive tree was sent to me with a massive amounts of bugs and eggs in there. I had to repot it and try and save it but I don't think it's doing well.
