One of the plants (of 3) is gorgeous and thriving. The other three arrived dry and broken and are having trouble blooming. I am giving them some time to adjust and Hope they will come around. I did buy a warranty, so I have an option to have them replaced. But - I was going to give them as gifts and they did not look healthy enough to do that.

I bought a plum tree from Brighter Blooms in March, but it arrived with no leaves and it never showed signs of growth, and then it died. I had purchased insurance on it, so I requested my store credit, and was offered a package which was worth less than the $130 refund I was due. I rejected the offer and insisted on having a full store credit, which I used to get a replacement tree in July. It arrived in a very pruned condition (few branches and they were all very thin and under-developed looking), and despite caring for it every day (I even bought a soil test kit to see to help identify which nutrients the tree needs), it is still looking weak and losing leaves.
I think that buying trees online is not a good idea since they appear to need to be over-pruned for shipping, and the shipping is also damaging to the health of the trees.
For what it's worth, I bought indoor pot plants with each tree (a peace lily and a snake palm) and they are both in very good health; it is only the trees which are either struggling or dead.

I didn't like the fact that you have set up the shipping tiers in a way that makes it likely for each order to fall into a higher tier; most of the prices I saw ended in $9.99, yet the shipping cost tiers all start at $9.00, so a product which costs $19.99 falls into the $19.00 - $28.99 shipping tier. Using tiers of rounded amounts ($20 - $29.99) would be more honest.

I ordered a grafted weeping cherry tree (7 foot) that was delivered with a number of broken branches. I received a very timely response from Brighter Blooms customer service, and we're watching the tree to see if it recovers.
My lime tree arrived quickly. I was very satisfied with appearance. The leaves were a rich green color and it had new growth at the top. I have had the tree for about 2 weeks and it is growing fast. I will buy from here again.
