First they sent a wrong plant. Then the replacement plant has double the delayed shipping. When the plant finally arrives, top leaves are black and droopy and the rest of the leaves are droopy.
The Crape Myrtle had 4 branches broken... 3 minor, 1 major
The Oleander had 2 small branches broken
I was able to trim and they planted well and are thriving.

The tree was nicer than expected (compared with other companies we've delt with). Sometimes a 4' tree turns out to be a "wounded stick". But this juniper was healthy and attractive from day one.

They offered me a free tree then said then sent it twice but never did. On the third request they finally sent it and it was the saddest spindly scrawny little sprig. So frail that it snapped in half after a very mild rain storm shortly after being planted. Total joke!
We are very sorry for your experience and that the tree didn't make it! The quart sized tree we had available for free at the time was a small and very young tree so it would've needed to be staked. We apologize we're not able to warranty our free items!
I ordered a Hydrangea Tree. It arrived in an extremely timely basis and I was amazed at what a great looking tree it was. It even had a bloom on it. It continues to have new growth and appears to be thriving! I'm so pleased and would recommend ordering from this site!
