I'm used to the trees I order from Brighter Blooms arriving in top shape. The apple trees arrived with a lot of insect damage on the leaves. Some of them looked like lace and the rest had lots of brown spots. I planted them and most of the damaged leaves have fallen off and new growth is coming out. The trees seem healthy and overall I'm happy with my order. I just expected the trees would have been treated better to prevent the leaf damage.

This tree is what I wanted for a long time. It was well packed and in good condition. It has leaves, but no blooms yet.

I received a dwarf Alberta spruce for my birthday, and it started to die within a week on one side. My gift came with a warranty, so I got another one.
This one is starting to die also on one side. It's upsetting to have something turn brown within a week, after spending so much time planting, fertilizing, watering.

I have ordered several times from BB and each delivered tree has been well packed and vivacious on arrival. I will continue to purchase from this company.

After a very delayed shipping time, I received my dwarf meyer lemon and key lime bushes in perfect condition. Questions to BrighterBlooms were answered very quickly. They're very healthy looking plants and are doing well.

I ordered a couple of trees and when they arrived one was in perfect shape and the other was broken off. Upon contacting Brighter Blooms and sending a photo a replacement tree was shipped the next day. I have ordered from them several time and this was the first time there was a problem... their handling of the problem insures that I will certainly order from them again.

Very easy to review trees and select exactly what I want. Still trying to revive the tree as it sat inside a box for too many days.

Had been looking for a Mock Orange for several months. And I found one on your site that I could get that wasn't a 2" seedling!

Plants arrived in great condition, although the Dwarf Cavendish leaves were a little battered.

I've place 3 separate order with Brighter Blooms. The first order was ******* it was three 1 gallon plants 2 were correct 1 of the plant was in a quart container. After several attempts i never received
A dragon fruit plant in a 1gallon container all of the replacement kept coming in the quart containers. Pictures of the wrong containers were sent to the company and i was assured this would be corrected and never was. To top it off the last one was shipped in a container smaller than a quart size at which time i gave up. I also during this time having faith this would be corrected ordered a Peach angel Trumpet Tree in a 3 gallon container and the plant that arrived was very small about 8" tall and a Elite Gold Pineapple plant in a gallon container that arrive about 4" tall.

I picked a tree as a gift to my sister and from what I could see of the photos it looked great.

Excellent job of delivering my perishable item in great condition

I've never ordered plants or trees online and was kind of skeptical. I was not disappointed. My tree came quickly and was in great condition. I can't wait to see it bloom!

Just put it into the ground, so waiting to see new growth to know if it truly survived and perhaps thriving. Next spring, hopefully, blossoms, but not expecting actual fruit for 2-3 years. Much faster delivery than expected.

I was sooo excited when I receive my order of two beautiful "Crape Myrtle Trees"! The trees were carefully packaged and they arrived in excellent condition. The trees were at least three feet tall and had a number of buds.

They arrived very dry and looked half dead, some leaves still were green colored but crispy. I attempted to plant them but the plants died anyway, even with daily watering.

Estimated ship time was great so I placed the order. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday but was delayed and didn't come until Monday. When I opened the trees (3of them) the leaves were brown and looked like it was dying.

So far great. Just want to start small. Looks great in my garden…can't wait until it blooms.

The 1st order was destroyed in shipping so I called was treated very well and they immediately send a new tree and it was beautiful and they said if there was a problem with the 2nd tree to call back but it seems to be ok
