A little more than I expected to pay. I hope the product is exceptional and up to the standards of this purchase.

Ordered a 3-4ft dogwood tree. It arrived within the expected timeline but arrived with 3 of the branches broken. I splinted them hoping maybe they'd recover but I'm of course not sure. The overall way they ship them didn't exactly impress me but it did get it to me mostly intact. We'll see how the tree recovers.

Hello. I ordered a windmill palm tree 3 gallon. And the shipping didnt take to long. But when i received it and open it up the bottom wasn't wrapped up like it tbought it should have. It just had a plastic bag around it and it was a mess. I planted it right away and several of the palm leaves died so i had to cut them off. It looks like it may survive but im not sure and this point.

My plant arrived quickly and was in amazing shape. It looked better than ones I had seen in the stores.

All flowers come in a very nice packaging and it start growing without any issue. I will order more tree from BrighterBloom in the near future.

I expected it to be a little taller, but otherwise the plant looks great.

Looking for a flowering tree for a newly sodded part of our front lawn. Not knowing much about trees, this looks like it will fill the bill.

Received Oklahoma red bud tree and lilac bushes in excellent condition

5 out of 6 are doing well. The 1 is kinda like the runt of the Litter.

Three of the five blueberry bushes I ordered had broken branches. I would have returned them but, I was out of town and my husband didn't want the hassle.

We have always received healthy plants and they are packed very well. This was important, since the delivery person left the box upside down on the porch! The plant inside was not damaged due to the careful packing.

Trees were beautiful and it was easy access to the site.

These trees are VERY skinny. The ones pictured is much healthier looking. I am afraid these are not going to survive.

The Boston Ivy package was great; the Fig tree package, however, was not secured inside so the fig tree base slid to the other end and the top of the fig tree was smashed, breaking off the top 4 inches. Otherwise it didn't seem to be badly damaged so we got it in a large planter on the deck so we can bring it inside during cold weather. Will see how it does.

The process was quick & easy. But, I did receive pink roses instead of the red roses I had ordered. And, the box was left standing on it's end so one of the plants was upside down and in pretty bad shape. Hopefully it will make it?

So far this company has been great. We have one fruit tree that lost its leaves quickly but appears to be coming back. We will see and perhaps need to test the warranty but hope not.

It was a healthy 5ft stick with no branches or side buds. Strange and odd looking. I won't be buying any more sticks.
