It was clear that the hibiscus had been more than mishandled in transit. The plant still doesnt stand up right without support, and my mom (for whom this was a gift) has spent a considerable amount of time just trying to keep it alive. Not what was expected in spending over $100 on a hibiscus.

The tree was shipped very quickly. The tree arrived looking very healthy and pretty. I will buy from Brighter Blooms again!
The plants seem to be doing fine now but when the boxes arrived they were very damaged. I took pictures in case the plants weren't usable but I haven't had any problems since I planted them.

Fedex held my Little Lime tree an extra 2 days beyond the given delivery date. My tree arrived super stressed and within 2 days the leaves showed some type of fungus and began dying... I'm not sure that I have ever started that far behind the eight ball with any planting situation. Today is day 14 since it was delivered. I have tried a few things to turn the tide of this spectacular (if it makes it) little tree. I really blame Fedex for holding it hostage. I had a very good conversation with a BrighterBlooms customer rep just a day before the tree was delivered. I would have given 5 stars if the tree hadn't arrived in such bad condition.

First time shopping very pleased with turnaround time from order to delivery Which company delivering would've took a little more care with the box some branches were broke but she is doing wonderful will shop with them again
First, this company actually has great service. They do what they say they will do. My plant arrived in a strong, protective shipping box and was in good health. I couldn't wait to get it into a pot and into my garden. It is just perfect, exactly what I hoped it would be.
