The tree was a big disappointment. The photos on the website showed a nice full tree that was supposed to be 3' to 4' tall. What I received was a sapling/twig with a "trunk" that was thinner than a pencil. It had 3 very thin branches with about 12 leaves total. It was less that 3' tall. For $100+ for the tree and another $100 for shipping, this was a real rip-off. I could buy a better tree at Home Depot for about $25 total.
Brighter Blooms told me to take a photo with a tape measure and send it to them. They know what they sent. A real sad answer if you ask me.

The shipment arrived, one shade tree and two different cherry trees. The shade tree and one cherry were in good shape, the second cherry was dropping leaves. They were planted within one hour of arriving. I consulted Brighter Blooms about the one problem, sent them a picture. Their expert emailed back the same day with reassuring information. They felt it was in shock, but would come out of it. I believe at this point, they are correct. One week later, it is improving.
The tree arrived quickly and healthy although it has lost more than half of it's leaves it is putting out new growth at the top so I'm hoping that it was just the shock of transplanting combined with the hot temps
I have used brighterblooms.com in the past and have been very satisfied with my purchases! Not 1 leaf fell off the tree during shipping! HOWEVER…. I just ordered 2 trees, when they got here they were dry as a bone, only 1 tree was secured with cardboard over the dirt, wrapped in plastic and strapped down while the OTHER, much more FRAGILE tree was sliding around loose, not strapped down, no cardboard holding dirt in and branches were broken. I was not at all happy when I opened the box. I hope my Wisteria survives till next year. Glad I got the protection plan.
The tree was a lot more scrawny than the picture on their website. Also: it was a gift and the note we carefully constructed ended-up being two lines in tiny print at the bottom of the invoice crumpled inside the package. If we weren't there when it arrived and knew to look for the note, the recipients would never have seen it.
We gave the experience 4 stars and the product 3 stars instead of 2 each because of the sincere and helpful response of the customer service rep when we called to complain.

Great customer Service. I actually spoke with a live person instead of machine. Had a broken stem on my order and they replaced it right away and product is great.
I ordered cherry, apple and pear trees. All were delivered in a few days in boxes by FedEx. We planted all trees in couple days after delivery. Trees look healthy after couple weeks.

One of my trees was broken when received so just in case it didn't make it I sent picture in to Brighter Blooms As I was checking emails later in evening I had an email from Brighter Blooms. They were already in process of shipping another tree. I was not expecting this. Received another tree a few days later. I also purchased some black diamond crepe myrtle from BB & they look great! Already have blooms since Aug 20 when I planted. Yes service is great & quality of plants are great! BB is where I will get all of my plants in the future

Easy ordering process. When they arrived and I unpacked them they were pretty banged and unsecured in the box. The tie down straps were there but neither tree was secured in them. More leaves lost in the box than on the trees, especially on the cherry tree.
