They had replaced a tree for us that was not going well. It went very smoothly. Jessica done a fantastic job and was very quick to the punch. We are still waiting on it to take off but looks to be ok. Thank you again! Our 16 trees look great so far! Next spring we will have that beautiful whiteness down our lane
Plants arrived quickly They were a little dry when they got here so I got them in the ground that same day and now they're thriving I would recommend them
I was so looking forward to my White Dogwoods and Gardenia's to arrive. When I received the email that they had I couldn't wait to get home and suprise my Husband. The suprise was on me because they were no where to be found. I called and let then know and even put a trace from FedEx on it and still came back delivered to the front porch which I know for a fact was not as I have a Ring Door bell and would have seen it being delivered. Then 2 days later my neighbor 3 houses down came to tell me that I had a couple of boxes in the back of his truck from a bloom place. I was livid to say the least. Once I got them home the tree's were almost dead and the frost proof Gardenia's were barely hanging on. So 500.00 plus dollars on the edge of being thrown away. If it wasn't for the grace of God, power of prayer and a lot of water after planting I would have lost both tree's and all of the Gardenia's instead of 1/2 of the 6pk of Gardenia's. I'm still not out of the woods on the 1 Dogwood but I do have the 2 yr warranty so we'll see.

Ordered a banana tree. Delivered in perfect condition. Had it 3 weeks now and new shoots are sprouting. Very happy with purchase. Not the first item ordered from BrighterBlooms and certainly not my last.
The delivery was a problem but the customer service made up for it. Rachael was very responsive.
Unfortunately my first time shopping with BB was a much better experience. 50% of my purchase was old and dead. The other 2 pieces seem to be thriving!
I received my 3 orders, two a week or so ago and the last two days ago. The last one was the worse. It came with 3 broken branches and it was very dry and some of the soil was not covering the roots and this was the way with the other shipments. There was nothing to cushion the plants from moving around, so they lost a lot of leaves. I couldn't plant them right away, so I added more soil to the pots and gave them a good watering, I don't know if they were sitting somewhere along the way too long. Hoping once I get them into the ground, they will perk up. Don't know if I will order again.

It's easy to order, but I still have two orders unfulfilled.
A branch was lost on the cherry tree due to delivery but otherwise well packed. We put them in the ground the very next day and they seem to like their home so far. Can't wait to see them in the spring (VA winters are a bit unpredictable these days).
