Plant arrived after a long shipment transit with all leaves falling off and withered.

I received the tree pretty quickly but the plant I received was in pretty poor shape and now it appears to be dying. I repotted it immediately but it's not bouncing back. It may have been shipped during en especially hot period and the box was pretty banged up when it got to me.

The ornamental grasses I ordered came in excellent condition, they did not look very stressed at all. They were QUITE root bound, so I had to trim them up a lot before planting them. It took about 5 minutes per plant, I've never had to grab shears to rip off the root ends before! They were so matted my hands were no match.

BUT, I planted them and heavily watered for a few days, and they're all doing quite well in my yard. These plants were pricy, but definitely worth it for the quality.

Lime tree arrived but the top 3 inches had been damaged. (Bent). I carefully attached an extension to the support, We made the gift and will hope that the top mends

Easy to navigate. My plants looked a little rough when they arrived (shipping my guess) but I've had them in the ground for about a week. My coral knock out rose looked the worst. Lots of busted branches etc. I trimmed off the dead stuff and today I see new leaves popping out! The autumn embers encore azalea looked great out of the box and has been blooming wonderfully. Lastly, the Tonto Crape Myrtle also had many busted branches but it has new growth already as well. Very happy with my plants. For reference I did put root rocket and organic mix in with the ground soil.

The two fig plants I received were in great carton box package and wrapped very well. They were in perfect shape. I couldn't be more excited to see the plants that were very well protected.

Just have to wait till it blooms I really can't wait

Website is great, was very excited about getting these roses. I've just received them for the second time, again they are dead/damaged. Customer service was very nice to deal with the first time, hopefully they will be so good the second time.

Wow, My trees look great. I ordered 3 and then had to wait for the hurricane to pass before i planted them. They looked great the day I unboxed them, and they still looked great 3 days later when I planted them. They have new growth and are looking happy. Thankx

I received two different plants after my initial order was found in questionable condition. The new plants were on my door step before I found the apologetic email. Very satisfied. I will be ordering more plants. Thank you for the excellent customer servise

Brighter blooms has perhaps the best selection for different hydrangea.
However, on arrival the plants did not fare well. Most were crushed in the box and required severe pruning. Customer service suggested we give them a rest in a cool, shady area to recover. After 2 weeks it looks like they will all survive, though, at least two will take much longer to fill out. I will probably try to buy locally next time and be assured healthy stock is obtained. For the price of these, you would think that healthy stock would be guarenteed.

Plant arrived 1 wk later than tracking # stated. When it arrived all the leaves were completely dried out. The soil was still wet.

Easy and I liked the recommended additions to help with the planting process
