Amazing customer service!

FedEx decided to let my tree sit in their shipping hub for 5 days past the original delivery date. When it showed up completely dead, I contacted Brighter Blooms and explain what happened. They put an order in for a new tree right away, no problem. Because of this amazing customer service, I will be purchasing directly from them in the future.

Tree arrived diseased and damaged.

This tree was delivered in a timely manner as to replace one that did not survive. Although this tree had a thicker trunk and more stems at the crown, two of them were broken and every leaf of the tree was affected by spotted leaf disease. Waiting to see if it will survive, but not particularly happy that a diseased tree was sent.

Very few leaves

Great customer service. The tree was quite scrawny and delicate with most of the leaves fallen off in the box when I received it... it seems healthy enough, so I guess that's what matters most.

Bare Root
September 30, 2021

The order came in in a reasonable period of time. The plant was pretty much bare root as the soil had pretty much spilled out. The cardboard on top of soil should have been taped in place to prevent the issue. All I can do now is wait to see if it lives. All the leaves are dry & are falling off. Doubt it will have time to get new leaves before frost. The dogwood I have is starting to turn.

Finally found my pink tree
September 29, 2021

I've been looking for a pink willow tree for a long long time, I'm excited is finally here. The baby tree came home tallish (6 ft) but with not many branches, it looks tall but so so little. I am hopeful coming spring our tree will flourish. Too soon to tell, but hopeful.
