Very quick and easy to order. No cost shipping and varity of products is what first attracted me. I was familiar with my local garden nursery selection and prices and found BrighterBlooms advertised prices competitive and offered a larger selection. I was shocked to see the plants when they eventually. They were All were much shorter and smaller than advertised. I selected and purchased several 3-4' shrubs. What arrived was no taller than 11". Not only do I have no use for an 11" shrub, I could have purchased that same product at Home Depot for about $80.00 less than what I paid. Same issue with the trees and fertilizer I purchased.
Big long box arrived on my porch. Opened it up and... voila!... two perfect bamboo plants. Larger and healthier than I expected. I will be ordering more plants.
