I ordered two avacado trees. I got an email from Brighter blooms saying delivery on Saturday. Fedex kept delaying delivery for five days. When they finally arrived the trees were dead and one broken. I called Brighter Blooms and explained what had happened. They immediately said they would send two more. The new trees arrived and they are just beautiful. Their customer service was wonderful. Great job Brighter Blooms. You have a customer for life!
I ordered 2 mahonia's, the box was delivered upside down and the largest top branch on one plant was broken off. I called Home Depot and they ordered a replacement, it arrived the same way, broken. I am supposed to receive a third replacement today, 10/8.
The carriers are not paying attention to the "this side up" and the boxes are flimsy.

Lesco Grass Seed 50lbs x 3. Excellent. Planted 1 week ago and in 6 days up. 8 days looks GREAT. Shocked on how quick. Looks like very full germination; no missed spots. My lawn service helped do the heavy work--they were shocked what it looks like in a week. Best in neighborhood.
The Japanese maple tree I ordered was well packed. I planted it the day after it arrived, and it seems to be doing well. The leaves are still on the tree and it seems very happy.
I order 5 Tri color willow shrubs. All 5 came in a the same time. Although the 5 shrubs were healthy, only 1 looked great. The 3 other were okay, and one looked terrible. I wish there had been some consistency in quality of the plants I revived. Unfortunately the review process does not allow me to upload a picture.

I planted immediately due to was very surprised how they were packaged. Crammed in small box and pretty much dead looking. Now have to dig them up because they are almost all the way dead.

I was surprised that tree looked like a twig although it was 6 ft. I filed a claim and another one was sent. It had more leaves but I felt very overpriced for product. Also. I was surprised to get 2nd tree as they did not notify me that another tree will be sent
