It seems to be a hit and miss experience - I received two great plants, 3 acceptable and 4 with disease, chewed leaves, brown edges, etc. I did not get to photograph them before my yard guy threw them out, so I couldn't reply to the ticket with the pictures requested.
So that was the end of customer service, my ticket was closed.
I will not order again, and will be sure to tell my friends/family to avoid it, too

It was a simple process. You find a tree you like read the description so you know if it will do well in your area. It takes the guess work out of it. I ordered it and 3 days later it was at my house.
Shopping was easy and the service was exceptional! I called them and was hoping I could use my coupon for being a first time customer and they let me use it. It shipped fast with no damage to the tree that I ordered.
