The dress i got was a horrible copy of the one in the picture. Terrible quality, stiff seams in places that werent supposed to have seams and about 1/2 the tulle and double the lining. The site states you have 30 days to return but they dont mention this part "will need to cover 30% as material fee, 20% as labor cost, and 20% as shipping cost (we send dress to you), you will pay shipping cost( you send dress to us) directly when you mail our dress", which leaves about a ten buck refund since the shipping is to China for $30.

I was trying to find a dress for my bridesmaids to wear for my wedding and fell in love with this dress! It appeared that it would fit my vintage theme perfectly. I ordered only one to make sure it would fit, be the correct color, etc. and felt assured that I could return if I was unsatisfied due their 7 day return policy "You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order if you dont satisfied with the dress". Once I received the dress, the blush pink color which I had ordered it in was more of a dark pink than blush and it did not fit my bridesmaid correctly. So 2 days after receiving the dress, I contacted the company via email and explained how I'd like to return the dress. After a week and a half of emailing back and forth, they informed me that "The dress is beautiful through it is not the color you want" and that they would not let me return it because "it is not our regulations". Thus, I will never do any further business with this company, and I hope this saves others from having to deal with them too.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. I didn't realize this company was in Shanghai until my bank notified me. Once realizing this, I went on line to investigate the company. I read alot of negative reviews so I contacted them to cancel my order. Their policy states that I am eligible for 60% refund after cancelling after 48 hours. I told them multiple times that I wanted to cancel and they still mailed me my order. I will refuse my package since I do not want to be held responsible for shipping charges back to China. Any legitimate company would have honored my request and given me a refund. This is a bogus company and they just steal your money. From what I have read, the merchandise is not good as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I am a size 8. I got a dress which was so small I could not even zip it up. The fabric was very stiff not like the photos on the web site. When I wrote asking for instructions on how to return it for a refund, they asked me to send a photo showing the problem. I sent the photos and then they asked me to send measurements of the dress and photos of myself taking the measurement. These evasive answers have made me extremely skeptical and I have referred the dispute to my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

If I could give this company a "0" stars I would. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. The pictures of the dress looked amazing, but when I received the dress the quality was very cheap and the color was completely off. I ordered champagne and the dress was cream. I emailed the company, which is in China, and they said that I could keep the dress and get a 40% refund or I could pay to ship the dress back to China with tracking and they would give me a full refund so I sent the dress back to them. Then they strung me out for over 4 months saying they had not received the dress. I kept emailing them and finally they said they would refund the money and it would be in my account in 7-10 days, that was over 2 months ago and no refund has shown up so now not only am I out the money for the dress, I am also out an additional $30 to ship the dress back to China. This is horrible company! Do not buy anything from them!

I was skeptical about the website initially, not expecting anything to arrive at all. Within two weeks the dress I ordered had been delivered, the exact colour and everything. It is not quite the right size, obviously not tailored to the custom measurements we sent, but the service was fantastic, and apart from a few slight issues (dropped a pleat on the front, too long), the dress itself is quite good quality. I still have plenty of time to have a few alterations made before the date of the event, which is no trouble due to the money I saved buying the dress online.
