I didn't believe I could order bras over the phone, but the CSR who worked with me knew the company's product lines very well, including enough history to identify the product I was looking for. Her guesses as to how and where I would lose weight were uncanny. I heartily recommend these people!

Each time when the new bra arrives, I keep the invoice and tag. That way, I tell myself, if I like the choice, I'll order the same garment next time. In the six years I've been a customer, I was able to reorder only once. All the other times, I'd search by stock number and by name to no avail.
I've been buying online from breakout bras for over 10 years. I've never had a bad experience. They will call or email if there's a problem with my order. I can also call if I have a question (even if it's about which bra is better for me). Everyone is very knowledgeable and their grab bads are FUN. I recommend them to all my friends.
I wear an odd size, and my local shop didn't even carry 1 bra in my size. I knew from previous orders to check with Breakout bras. And they had a LOT of options. I'm really happy with the bra, panty grab bag and bikini top I got! And very fast shipping! Their customer service reps are amazing, I had to return a bra in a previous order, and the rep talked me through what other bras might work for me, and recommended a change in sizing based on how their customers were fitting into the bras (in the store when doing sizing). Just a great company!
I'm used to having a selection of my favorite styles in my size but there weren't any available this last time shopping. Usually I love breakout bras but I can't buy if they don't carry what I need.
Customer service was helpful before ordering, however, the bras are not supportive enough for 38DDD. Wish they had 3 hooks in the back. I've tried wearing them a couple times and just not enough support
I've ordered twice from breakoutbras.com and both times I accidentally selected the wrong size on final sale items. I emailed their customer service department to request a different size and both times, within one day of my email, I received a response stating that my size issue had been resolved and the size I needed would be shipped. I am so impressed! Not many places offer this type of speedy, hassle free customer service anymore. Break Out Bras has a customer for life!
I love the selection at this store and they are always quick to answer questions. However I wish returns worked differently, bra sizing varies so much and it's such a pain to have to go to UPS or the post office to return/exchange.
Breakout Bras has provided me with swimsuits, bras, and nursing gear before, during, and after my three pregnancies. I have an unusual size and so I have a difficult time locating bras that fit me despite living in a huge city. Melissa's comments help me so much and the customer service and returns process is easy!

Have bought several bras from there. They fit so much better for me than what i find at dept. stores, wal-mart, etc. Pricy but i try and buy when on sale. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I am a difficult fit and have had one end up being too tight after a week or so but that can happen in general and especially when you are used to wearing bras that dont fit right. I am a 30 in a band so a 32 is the closest i have ever found anywhere else.if you are an odd size or hard fit i think they are at least worth checking out and letting them size you. Pricy as i said(45 and up) but worth it if you cant find bras else where. They are euro sized but will tell you the equivalent us size. You will find cheaper on their website than in store and they are usually clearance and no refund.
Bc I had not opened the bras that are too tight for me, they allowed me to send them back for a bra that does fit. Oh and the original purchase date oct 2020. Excellent customer service. Excellent bras
Bras that properly fit a small frame but larger bust size are impossible to find in department stores. Thanks for ending the search and offering the perfect fit and great variety in colors and style in one stopand delivered to my door! Customer service was very helpful in narrowing down exactly which bra to choose. I was able to get a t-shirt bra, lacy bra and sports bra that all work! I will be back to purchase again.

We wanted to reach out to you and let you know why the site is not showing items available in all sizes available to order/backorder. Currently, our site is transitioning with a new system, and we have experienced a few issues (including no one being able to order at all, although this issues has since
Been resolved). We are still working through these bugs.
For the time being, we have turned off the ability to backorder items due to uncertain time frames from suppliers, since almost all of our vendors have ceased shipments due to circumstances arising from COVID-19. We are unsure how long items would remain on backorder, and have therefore decided to stop offering backordered products for the time being. On our website, when something on backorder is ordered, the customer is automatically charged for the item. Since we cannot say with certainty how long the current crisis will affect all of us, we did not want to hold anyone's funds for an uncertain length of time. Backordered sizes and colors will return to the website as soon as possible, depending entirely on when our suppliers resume shipments.
