Sweet Almond Oil: I use this in soap making. This product always works well for me. Product arrived nicely packed and by date expected.

I've been buying supplies from them for many years. I have my own bath and body business and typically use about 20 vendors. Brambleberry is the worst by far. Shipping is super slow, items are often shipped below weight, and several times I received soap bases that are rancid. Now, they do resolve these problems, but I do not have the time to continuously be contacting them, tracking the new shipment, and making sure its ok on arrival. I dont have to do that for any other vendor. Major problems over the years: discontinuation without notice of products and scents, liquid items, lotions, and soap bases being short weight, super slow shipping, and the need to double check every single order. Shipping charges are outrageous, my account no longer reflects ordering dates, shipping dates or order status. Orders are no longer in my order history. In this age of free shipping, great customer service and fast shipping, I have no reason to keep buying from these people. Very glad to be able to say good riddance.

Their fragrance oils are EXTREMELY expensive and I got a bunch that I didn't like and they don't offer returns. The honey fragrance oil is just awful smells nothing like honey. And the honeysuckle is even worse. SHOP AT CANDLE SCIENCE. Amazing same day response customer service, affordability and quick shipping. I ordered two orders at candle science AFTER my order at brambleberry and still got them before my brambleberry order.

I love adding Aloe Vera to my soap instead of water when making my Lye solution. It adds such a great soothing property to my soap bars and, again, the quality of Bramble Berry products is a must.

I ordered cerabellina wax from this company. And expected some sort of delay due to covid. But after 2 weeks passed with no sign of confirmation or tracking number. I had to contact them to try and get tracking number. Fast forward 3 weeks later I contacted them via email to see where my package is and the person who responded back to my email 5 days later told me It was shipped on a boat so it will take 90 days to reach me and that I need to choose different shipping to get it in a week as if my order wasn't expensive enough. Lol what in the world It already took them 20 days to ship my order now 90 days to receive it. I'm Starting to think this supposed hot mess of a company is actually located in China or overseas somewhere and not in Washington or wherever they claim headquarters is.
I told them I run a business and can't wait for months for a main ingredient. I guess that doesn't matter as long as they get people's business. I wanted to continuously order from them but I see what kind of tragedy they are and will take my business someplace else.

I purchased a 25 lb. block of goat milk soap base and when I got it, the plastic bag that surrounds it was stuck inside cracks along the edges. In many spots, it was so stuck that, even though I pulled it out slowly, it broke pieces of plastic off. When I wrote customer service, they emailed this reply, "when the vendor pours into those 25lb. Blocks, they line the box with plastic first, and it's not uncommon for the plastic to get stuck in the soap a bit near the edges. The easiest way to combat that is to run your melted base through a colander or sieve to catch any loose bits of plastic. We've approached our vendor about this problem many times over the years, but they don't seem to have any intention of changing the way they package, sorry about that!" I replied that that was NOT a solution, because I was purchasing the block to make my soap-making easier. NOT to add a step to the process by sifting pieces of plastic. This was the 2nd email reply, " As a one time courtesy I went ahead and issued a $13.75 refund for 25% off of the price of the base. We will not be able to do that again since the issue is so common. It may be best to purchase your base in 1lb. Blocks rather than the 25lb. Block so you don't encounter that problem again. " What!? So, they knowingly are taking people's money, even though, in their own words, "the issue is so common."? That is shady. Take your money elsewhere until they decide to sell a high-quality product and switch vendors.

Beautiful packaging everything was rap just right I had a great time and I really appreciate that you did all the planning work, and I'm thankful that you delivered everything to me so quickly.

Absolutely awful service. After shipping the incorrect item refused to resend the correct item. Zero customer service - zero care taken will never order again.

Nag champa is my favorite incense and it smells just like this FO. Extremely well mannered in CP soap. My favorite perfume is nag champa and this FO smells just like it. Extremely polite in CP soap

Everything was nicely packed, but I ordered the bath bomb kit, and the citric acid and my baking soda was falling out the bags they came in.
