All orders are late. For some reason BOXED just can't get processing and shipping right.

Currently, they don't take refunds or exchanges. They claim it's because of COVID.

If you are relying on anything to be on-time or correct, use Amazon or Costco. BOXED cannot be trusted.

Their prices are not good enough to put up with the hassle, you can get the same products at Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Or half a dozen other sites online

My first order went well, the food was fine and shipped quickly.

My second order got cancelled with no reason given. I reordered and it was cancelled again. Fraud alert was the reason given. Their system cannot link me to the address given. I ordered for a business address with the business credit card. The order is shipping to the same address as the card billing address, but the Boxed.com system cannot tolerate a name that doesn't match.

I love shopping boxed, I order my paper towels and toilet paper from here and love their products. It's so easy to shop get free shipping and fast delivery! I buy a lot of different products from boxed and have always been very satisfied with products and love the free shipping and 2 day delivery!

Happy camper

I love the the fact that you don't have to have a membership to join. The nearest Sam's club is 3 hours from me so this is perfect. No traffic or lines to stand in and you carry a lot of what I use on a daily basis. Plus I love the delivery so I don't have to be at home when it comes. I save a lot of money through you a big plus and you rock! Thank you so much

I placed an order, entered and validated my 15% off... They processed the order charged my card and took the discount off and charged me full price. I asked for a refund and the jerks offered me a credit to spend more but not my money back... They stated they don't do that! Its a scam to get you to come back... Stay away don't buy from them!

I think they're too worried about people abusing the website for discounts that they get legit people too, and do nothing to fix it. I filled my cart twice, went through checkout only to have it get cancelled and my account blocked.
I'm not multiaccounting to get a $20 discount in a $100 cart, believe me.

I like the bulk delivery and the personal shopper, however a lot of the products have limited selection of flavours which makes it less appealing. Also, a lot of times we need a mix between express and non-express which you cannot combine for a single delivery.

Disappointment
January 10, 2020

I ordered from Boxed.com on a Saturday. The website says delivery is expected in 2-3 days. It did not say business days. Boxed.com did not even ship my order until Tuesday. I will not recieve it until Thursday. That is more than 2-3 days. Very upsetting.

Love these items

All the things I would normally buy at same price or better. Saves me so much time, and its delivered to my door. Only need to unpack and put away instead of load a cart, unload cart, pack into car and unload and put away.

Great Concept

I wish it was a little cheaper but a great concept and love the variety. I order some foods for my mom who is house bound and she loved it and thought it was a great idea and to me it is so much better than going to the large warehouse stores.

I got a great deal on Amy's Organic Soups (8 cans to a box) so I ordered 4 boxes. They arrived promptly but every case had been OPENED and EVERY can inside was badly dented - and dented in a different place! They had opened the box and filled it with dented, substandard product! I have never seen anything like this! If they don't give me a full refund, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. HORRIBLE company. Will never purchase from them again!

I Am Out

I placed an order after seeing a commercial for Boxed. As luck would have it, I forgot a couple of things during my most recent trip to Costco. That was ten days ago. I am still waiting for my Box! There is no way to contact Boxed. Every day, I log into my account to see that the estimated delivery date is tomorrow! Seriously! It is like Groundhogs Day. I have already been back to Costo twice

Convenience!

Prices seem fair but shipping is slow. Purchased items I needed for the weekend for guests. Purchased on Wednesday morning, it's MONDAY and I still have not received it. The box seems to be at a UPS facility just sitting since Friday. I will stick with Amazon or Target and go to my local Sam's Club for bulk items.

My Box experience

Box is a wonderful company and I have never had any problems with my orders. Lately, I have been having issues with getting my orders delivered on time. UPS at one time had a great, dependable record. My recent deliveries have arrived late.

I purchased a phone directly from Samsung and activated it with a prepaid service. Most insurers would not cover my phone unless it was purchased from a retail outlet or from a service provider. Esurranty offered the best coverage including loss and theft for the best price.

First time ever shopping with boxed, and never will again. Received email claiming they shipped my product, 8 days later still hadn't received it so I emailed them, they claimed they were experiencing high order volume but would high priority my order, that was 6 days ago and still haven't received it, and still can't tell me if it's even shipped. Extremely unhappy, and wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Hungry, Cheap, College Kid

I love to have snacks throughout the day since I never have time to sit down for a real meal, and Boxed always has great prices for the snacks I love. And they I usually receive them in a day or two, so I never worry when I run out of my favorite beef jerky. :)

Disaster!

The "free" products ruined my package - i rec'd 3 free rolls of paper towel and 1 of the rolls was wet when i opened my package (very gross) on top of this the free rice-o-roni bowl was opened and rice spilled everywhere when i opened my package. Also the package took 4 days to arrive, I could have had my package the same day for a little over a dollar more if i would have purchased through amazon.com. Very disappointed and will not be shopping at boxed again.

I ordered over 100 worth of items they say 3 days I will have it. 7 days later after 4 days in a UPS truck sitting in hub I get ruined food, melted food, ect. Also you will not find a phone number to call them and I don't do business like this over email when I am spending MY HARD EARNED MONEY! Sams wholesale club ships also Im going back to them never ever had this problem with Sams! I also think if you complain they flag you as fraud so they don't have to deal with you. I will be disputing my entire order with my bank. A picture of my 10 boxes of Milano's cookies show they were all melted and slide apart. Also whoever packs the boxes are idiots they put heavy stuff in with boxes of chips. Like duhhhh! They also after 4 items were ruined only offered me a refund for one item! DO NOT BUY HERE
