It's a welcome addition to my other 900 Global Zen bowling balls. I also have the original Zen, the Zen Master, and Zen Soul.

The website is easy to navigate and the options in the tabs are laid out so that any bowler at any level can go straight to the gear that would work best for them. As a new bowler to this sport with very little knowledge about gear and tools the descriptions for all the products was done so that I was easily able to do my own research and come back to the website and find what I need. I got the bowling ball and other stuff quickly. They drilled the holes perfectly for my fingers. Luckily I had a pretty good idea of what size my hand is. Can't wait to get to the bowling alley and use this stuff.

FedEx delivered my original order somewhere else. When you guys found out about it not only did you take care of the issue with FedEx you overnighted me another ball in time for my league! Will forever be a customer!
I needed one and to return the wrist guard I purchased because I was told I should not be using one. I did need more cleaner though, so I reordered it, in order to avoid paying a restocking fee for my return.

Father's Day was around the corner and my Dad just joined the church bowling team no brained. The only thing i was worried about was the hole being the right size and they were. I also was able to get his initials on the ball
Service was great and delivery was quick. However, I was disappointed with the ball I purchased. I was expecting the new duo to hook but it is far from it's description.
I received my merchandise as ordered. The shoes did not fit and I requested authorization for return. I have yet to hear from Bowler's Paradise.
