This was my first purchase with Bowlers Paradise, the site was easy to use, my item came on time and their customer service was spot on (shout out to Justin McNally). I had a question regarding my shipping status, I sent an email around 6:30pm (CST) and within 2 hours I got a response. I definitely wasn't expecting a response so quickly. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Bowlers Paradise in the future!
I ordered a new ball and accessories and received everything two days later. Everything was in immaculate condition.
