Very bad experience with Bosch product (lawnmower) and worse, with Bosch customer service. Shortly after 3 years it was sent back to Bosch for repair. Were asked to pay 40+ euros more than original purchase price with no explanation regarding reason for failure despite many requests. Only response from aftersales was to say they were too busy to bother with us. BOSCH REVEALS COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Amazing home appliances, durable and good-looking. I think I have all my cordless power tools as Bosch. Those are a great helper for my work.

Just bought a Bosch vacuum cleaner for almost €400. So far, so good...until I tried to contact customer service, which is HORRENDOUS. I had already sworn off Siemens products, but now their subsidiary bites the dust for me, as well. I've added an extra star to this rating, though, because the salesman was excellent.

I would give zero stars if I could. Look up the Yelp and Google reviews for "BSH home appliances" and pray you don't have issues. I spent $1,200 on an 18" 800 series that stopped running after less than a month. Expect to wait at least a month for them to send an "authorized tech" to do a cursory inspection and grab at straws so Bosch can shirk from honoring their warranty. (Now you know why they won't entertain a diagnosis from a third-party tech, even multiple third-party techs who point out the same failed component.) Save your money and pick a more reliable company that supports their product.
