Born Pretty

I'm now on 24 emails and 4 months of waiting for my items. I have asked and asked to get my money back and they won't. They said they would ship the order again for free!? How can you do that when it was free in the first place! They also claim there was an issue with customs. Yeah, I call bull! I told them maybe they should have checked with customs before trying to mail stuff out. I even went as far as taking a screenshot of their shipping times and sending it back to them. They also asked me to contact my post office, what does that mean? So, I sent them the address of my local post office and no response from them about that. I also responded to an email they had sent and the ignored me for 2 weeks! If I live to 100 I'm going to keep emailing them till I get some answers.
**UPDATE** they told me on Friday that if I opened a dispute with PayPal they would give me back my money well guess what? They sent me a tracker instead and the tracker claimed it arrived in Canada on December 16th last year! They also claimed that liquids are difficult to clear customs but they told me in February that it took several days to clear! Looks like I am still going to have to fight with them!

Inconsistent is best word to describe this website. The prices seemed really good. The website says that delivery for most locations should be 10-20 business days or so for most locations. I was hoping for 15 or so. To be fair my order to the US did arrive almost exactly a month after I placed it. I paid a little extra for a tracking number, but had to open a paypal dispute to get the tracking # from them. I didn't like that.

Unwisely my order contained a large number of small items, mostly nail supplies. I didn't get 100% of the items that I ordered and the quality was horrible with some items, but I kind of expected that when I placed the order.

One thing I don't like about the site is that the prices change dramatically. For example, I might have paid $10 for an item and noticed a few weeks later that they were selling it for an inflated price of $30. A few weeks later the very same item was being offered at a discount for $18.

Overall my experience was meh. I might place another order sometime, but not anytime soon.

I ordered my products from Born Pretty Store because, foremost, they offer "Free Shipping Worldwide" and when you live in Australia, this is a very important factor to take into consideration. Items take about 2 weeks to arrive which I now realise is excellent; after having waited about a month for other items to arrive from other China on-line stores.

Another good thing about Born Pretty Store is their fast and efficient Customer Service. They always reply quickly to any emails I send. Such good service is rare these days.

When I received my items of nail art stickers and water decals, I was completely satisfied with the products because they are of good quality. The nail stickers are very pretty, dainty and look terrific on the nails. I would not have been able to buy them elsewhere but on-line and at such a good price too. I consider them great value for money.

Although other on-line stores may sell the same stickers as Born Pretty Store, there are some nail stickers that seem exclusive to Born Pretty Store such as their 12pcs Pink Flower 3D Stickers which comprise of light pink and medium pink flowers with silver stems. These are especially pretty and look terrific on a dark background such as a dark pink nail polish.

I highly recommend paying Born Pretty Store a visit. You never know what you may find that you can't find elsewhere.

I bought my first product from Born Pretty Store 5 years ago and from that moment I never stopped buying from them! I confirm that since I started shopping on Born Pretty Store I had only positive experiences!
They have very good choice of products, their products have nice prices and the quality of their products is good, so you get a really good value for your money!:-)
I never have problems paying online, I always use PayPal that works perfectly and it's very important for me!
The products I order look always exactly like I saw them on their site, so I am always very satisfied with what I found opening my package!:-)
My orders usually come in 4-5 weeks, but I dont have any problem with this, because I live in Italy where many stores refuse to send their products (I really don't know why...), but Born Pretty Store does ship also to Italy! And the shipping is free!:-)
I can also say that I always got help and explanations that I needed from Customer Care!
I think that Born Pretty Store is always improving and confirming their road to success!

The website states 24 hour shipping. 5 days after placing my 2nd order... it is still not shipped. I sent an email to the customer service asking why it had yet to be shipped. I also had to do this with my first order too - I received a poorly worded response advising one of the items I ordered was out of stock - bit of a surprise as it was showing on the website as IN STOCK.
Lo and behold... I receive the exact same e-mail about my 2nd order saying that an item I'd ordered was out of stock. You guessed it... still showing as 'in stock' on the website. The email also goes on to blame too many ordered for their lack of customer update - see below!

The order I placed first has still not arrived, and it was over a month ago. I won't be bothering with this shop any more and I hope that others won't waste their time.

The experience that I had with born pretty First and foremost they tell you that your order will be shipped out with in 24 HOURS that was a lie it took a whole month before i receive my items and when they arrived i look in the package and two of the items i order was not in the package I will never order anything else from this company this is pure rip off I order rhinestones and they send me a small pack with 30 rhinestone in the pack but on there website they tell you that it's 500 in the pack and that was a lie as well I will never every purchase anything from BORN PRETTY ever again and my advice to anyone that comes across this website check out there reviews first because that was one of the mistake i made I didn't look at the reviews until after I place my order and thats when i found out what this company is really about its cheap but not worth the wait nor your time.

So i've ordered from this site 2wice. The first time i ordered, i got everything i paid for, plus they sent me a sample of a blush for ordering from them which was nice of them. Mind you, my first order was of false lashes, the 120 eye shadow palette and some eye liners. The second order however was of some jewelry, some nail art and other bits and bobs. I was disappointed because a) they didn't ship me everything i paid for! B) half the items were broken when i received them and c) although they look so nice on the site, they are actually different in person... quite cheaply looking both in quality and appearance. Of course i wasn't expecting the earrings to be top notch but the items were cheaper quality than something you'd buy at the dollar store. I emailed them a week ago asking them to at least refund the items i never received from them and till today they haven't responded. I think it depends on what you order from the site... nail art, phone cases, make up etc may be ok but certain things you should keep away from. Not quite sure if i'll order from them again but for the moment i have no plans.

I love the BornPrettyStore makeup items as brushes and lipsticks. The brushes are soft and have great quality, perfect for every skin, and they're not expensive at all! I totally reccomend them.
