Fair prices, fast payment. The labels BooksRun provide for shipping books to them sometimes are FedEx and sometimes USPS. I prefer FedEx - I do not like shipping via USPS.

I sent an email within a couple of minutes of placing my order, online, explaining that I meant to have these books shipped to a different address. I talked with someone on the phone a few hours later, who told me that they had received my email and that there was still time to get the address corrected, and that someone would call me back. No one ever did, and, sure enough, the package was sent to the wrong address.
