Booksrun is nothing but a scam of a company. Sent my book back In perfect shape yet it ended up "water damaged". When I asked for proof I was ignored and they dogged the issue. After filling a charge back, they responded with a 26 page report on how I violated all their legal terms along with the supposed water damage. Stealing my money to make false claims against me, buy your books elsewhere and stay far far away from this company.

I dont know how there are so many good reviews. They quoted one price and then when they got the books they cut the offer to like 1/3rd or 1/10th of the offer and several books they denied after accepting them which I do not get back. They stated that the books looked like copies which was totally false. I wish I did not send them all of my books. Which totaled way over 1000 for my purchase. I was going to get back around 300 from books run and I will probably be lucky if I get 40

We bought two semesters worth of books last year from books run while the prices were good, it took for longer to receive and the time estimated. Not a big deal.
However, if you try to sell books with books, they promise you a decent payout but when they receive the books decide that none of them are OK even if they are offer you zero dollars and if you want them back you have to pay $13 to get them back. Yes, zero dollars. They hold your books hostage, and take them for free if you do not pay to get them back, this is criminal

Go somewhere else to sell your books, these guys Will scam you. THEY ARE THIEVES! They gave me a quote, I sent my books, they then sent am email saying one book was counterfeit, funny how it came the manufacturer. Then they refuse to reply to emails, I can't get a hold of anyone. There website says I will not get the book back, so that is Theft. Then, they pay me less than quoted for the remaining books. This company should be a shame of themselves for taking advantage of people and being very dishonest. Do yourself a favor and choose another site to sell your books.
