I spent over 2 months going back and forth with customer service (initially my error I missed the first email response) as the book I purchased was incorrect. The title and image was for a specific edition of a book and I received the previous edition. I was told that as a consumer I am expected to check the ISBN numbers. After I was finally offered a refund the response back was in I am outside the return window. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I deal with several book vendors and Book Run is the only one that charges insurance. What is the insurance for? Also I mixed up my order back in July or August and had to call twice because there was no communication between Books Run about the order missing books or being incorrect.
