Book Outlet is great! I love the cheap prices, and some are books I've been meaning to pick up. I wish they had a bigger selection, but I do want to note you're paying a significantly cheaper price.
I found a great deal, had no issues with ordering, shipping or quality of items. I would have paid double elsewhere, so I'm very pleased with my purchase. Shipping didn't take any longer than anywhere else,and my items arrived in mint condition.
I have been a BookOutlet customer for a few years now, and have always been satisfied with the pricing, shipping, and delivery of my orders. Selection of books, while good, could always improve. However, that may not entirely be in Book Outlet's control. My recommendation is a BUY!

These books were a great price and the only thing that was wrong with them was marks on the edges from markers. Nothing wrong with the physical book. Creased spines are the reason I do not buy used books so it was nice to have new books that are cheaper just because of some marker.
We have not received what was ordered. Instead we got a totally unrelated book. We finally got what was shipped a week after the post office delivered it to the wrong address,

Book outlet was an amazing experience! I got to order so many books at such a low budget, the only complaint i have is that shipping took awhile but they did come!

I will always order books from BookOutlet. All books that I receive are in great condition and the selection is wonderful. Everything is delivered in a reasonable amount of time and fairly priced.
I ordered these books (10 of them) for my newly established book club. My book club meeting was on Saturday the books were going to arrive Tuesday. Although they did come on time the box was mangled and it look like it was just on a soccer field being kicked around. The box was open and all of the books were in poor condition. From dirt and debris to ripped up dust covers. Not to me too mention they were covered red THICK dots on the page bindings. Apparently they mark their books with a SMALL discrete dot but there was nothing discreet about this thick red neon dot that looked very tacky.
I am overall very disappointed. My excitement turned into sorrow when they arrived. Not to mention I do not know how to get a refund since my order was over $100. Now I'm in a battle with PayPal trying to receive a refund. I do not want these books and every time I look at them I am reminded that I was naïve enough to order off of a website I have never heard about.
I do not recommend.

Great price and had the quantity I needed for my classroom novel study. Only problem was the shipping! It took almost 2 weeks! Don't know if the shipping took so long because it came USPS or because I had it shipped to my school that is not open much past 4:00 pm.

For the most part the books arrived in good condition. The Atlas Six hardcover has a rip along the spine, so that was disappointing. The book covers on the website are also misleading. I ordered Love & Other words and The Percy Jackson books thinking that they would be the covers posted on the website, but they were the new ones. The rest of the books arrived in great condition and I was very happy with the affordable prices,
Your shipping packaging is terrible. One time I received an order and the cover of the box was completely detached, like the glue had just given up. Twice I've received orders where USPS has had to re-tape the box together because it's not survived basic shipping. It's very unimpressive and a minor miracle that everything was still in the box. Because there's no packaging material inside to stabilize the contents, paperback covers have been bent in transit. I also somehow received 3 items that I didn't even order, like you had combined my order with someone else's. You're good for the price, not for the quality of the experience

Book Outlet is a great place to buy books you have been wanting to buy or find new ones to read. Great prices for books that are in good shape. I have already recommended people to Book Outlet and I will continue to do so. Its not as fast as say Amazon Prime or going to your local bookstore as far as delivery speed, However its still a reasonable delivery speed (about a week no more than two for me personally). But the patience is worth it for the price you get for a new book.
