Such a wide selection of books, it's almost difficult to chose. Lots of big name authors, and I've found many hidden gems that turn into favourites. Very pleased with shipping, ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, and order was delivered to my door on Thursday. Quick and efficient service and shipping.

Book choice is vast and delivery is very speedy with items well packaged for shipping. The only complaint would be that one of the board books had a tab that was quite bent to the point of almost breaking. I know the books are classified as bargain, thus the price point is good. So will repair myself.

I usually shop on amazon or borrow books from public libraries. I found Book Outlet by google search and was so impressed at the beautiful prices it offered for books I had to purchase for my baby. The delivery speed is beyond my expectation and the books are of great quality. I would be a frequent customer.

The prices on their book were better than the prices I could find on Amazon.ca, which would be their main competitor, I like to see that there is still some competition in the online book market.

I bought like 10 books from this site over the span of a week and they all arrived within 2 days (I'm in Toronto)! The books were brand new and I loved the papermill classics editions that they had! It has limited selection sometimes but they seem to update their stock daily! I'm obsessed with this site!

It's always good to find some forgotten gems; a simple author search yields any stock that they have available. The books came within a week of ordering, and they were well-packed and received in good shape.

I just received my first purchase from Book Outlet and was pleasantly surprised to find all of the books in excellent condition. I was concerned to buy since I didn't know what to expect in terms of quality and pricing, especially for some very new releases. My things arrived in a little over a week, and nothing was missing. I ordered 4 interior design books and was pleased that they all arrived within 10 business days, in perfect shape, and at a price that can't be beat. It would have been preferred to use a courier that delivers to the door. It would also be helpful to have book reviews available (I had to go to other sites to read before ordering on Book Outlet)... I will certainly order books this way again.

Prices are great delivery times was perfect, but for the most part all of my books were damaged. Folded pages, ripped, black marker on them. I understand the prices are good, but I would still appreciate new condition. Thank you

A book arrived damaged; a replacement was sent, shipped inside a plastic envelope which didn't prevent the second book from being damaged. I don't think I can't shop here anymore. Just tired of it. Customer service is very nice, though.

Ordering online is fairly easy as they have everything categorized very well. Easy to put items in cart all the way to checkout. Items all arrived in excellent condition. My only minor hmmm was the length of time to ship my products but I know I did order at a special sale time so I expect they were extremely busy when I placed my order. This was my second order here and I will be ordering again. Prices are amazing.

Ordered a handful of books for Christmas. All books were in great condition and cheaper than I possibly could've paid elsewhere. Free shipping after a certain amount really makes it worth it if you're looking for 4 or 5 books.

I've shopped with Book Outlet a dozen times now and I'm always extremely satisfied with my purchases. The books are always packed with incredible care and so far they have all been in great condition (for the collector in me lol) I'm always pleased when the package arrives. When I did have an issue they corrected it right away for me without any hassle what so ever. And the shipping is very, very reasonable. I will be back!

I bought high quality books at a fraction of the price! I like having books at the kids reading level but also a little above so they can challenge themselves and this is one of the best ways! One of my packages arrived with a note from the postmaster that an accident had occurred and book outlet replaced all the missing books, two and sent them extra speedily! I recommend Book Outlet to everyone who has kids or loves books!

I ordered a $19 book from the site, there was some type of technical error and they charged me almost $400. It was 15 charges of $25.99, when the original order price was $19. They refunded me pretty quickly but were $60 short. I called them to let them know, it's been a week tomorrow and they still haven't fixed their mistake.

Book Outlet a have a lot of books and bestsellers at that. They don't have everything, but that's to be expected. They have a great selection and the prices are unbeatable. The books also arrive in good condition, except for the little dots they warn you about, but those don't really bother me.
Only downside: it can sometimes take up to a week or two to receive my box.

I ordered a bunch of books to use in the classroom and was short two different books due to stock being short. This left me short. Money was refunded would have preferred the option to wait for stock to come in. One book arrived in less than condition and with sticky stuff one it. Rest were in great shape.

Book outlet offers a wide array of books for incredible prices. It has allowed me to experience so many more books than I could before on the same budget. Beyond that, their shipping speed and customer service have been amazing in the year I have been ordering from them. A great gem to have in the Canadian book market.

They came much quicker than expected which was fantastic but the one book was in the other on causing it to be bent funny in transit. The other book had a large black marker line across the bottom. I am fussy about those things so it was the cause of lower review. Service and timely fashion sent was remarkable
