I wanted a map of Reykjavik and chose a tourist book based on the fact that it had a pullout map and the price was very low. While the book is chock full of information, the map is too small to be useful.
I wish when I looked at just arrived I could tick off all categories I want to see at once instead of going back and forth. I'd like to see notifications that I've already purchased an item or one list in my orders of all that I've bought.
Though Book Outlet may not carry all the books I am shopping for, their prices are very good especially when compared with other competitors. Order always packed and shipped very professionally.
The book I ordered was a great price and was delivered within a week. Great service.

My first time ordering, I was so excited. Unfortunately, my order got lost in transit. I contacted customer service twice, then once they got back to me they were quick to resolve the issue for me. My order had to be reshipped and with less book's, due to them being out of stock, which was fine. I did finally receive my order and all of the books were in amazing shape. I will order again!
Our first order we never received our order...actually it was just an empty box. The other parts of the order were sitting in transit and were never delivered. They then offered to refill the order, which we did. Then the exact same thing happened. Empty box and no books. I think they need to look into a new carrier for their shipping needs.
To date, I have not received my purchase. It is somewhere in the ether.

Placed two orders for about 25 books total, and spent around $175 which is amazing. I normally read over 100 books in a year and even though the selection isnt as large as Amazon or Indigo theres tons of books I missed out on when they were released and theyre usually a quarter of the price here.
