I had been meaning to try out Book Outlet for a while, and let me just say that I was so pleasantly surprised with what I got! The books I received were in perfect condition and the delivery took less time than what I was expecting. I highly recommend this website for book purchases! Incredibly worth it. I am so happy with my order and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I was very happy with my purchase from Book Outlet. The books arrived somewhat less than pristine, as they were not well packaged and rattled around the box in shipping, but the order was timely and correct.

Book Outlet always has the YA and Romance novels I'm looking for. Even new releases pop up on Book outlet fairly quickly and for insanely low prices. On-top of the already low prices it always feels like there are additional sales happening and I can support my book collecting obsession with out the guilt of breaking the bank. I even get extremely lucky with their graphic novels from time to time which are typically very expensive elsewhere. The books are always in excellent quality and arrive very fast. I love to read and when I stumbled across this store I was thrilled. With a growing family I don't have much money to spare. My only issue is that you can't always get full series at once. Sometimes they have book five but no book one so you are unable to start the series at the beginning. Which I hate! But I love getting a box full of books in the mail, it's like Christmas for me!

My friend told me about this website. I cursed and praised her at the same time. I got 9 books (half were hardcover) for under $50 with shipping. I have since told everyone I've ever known about this site and can't wait to deplete my current stash so I can buy more!

I've ordered a few times from Book Outlet. They don't always have everything I'm looking for, but when they do have titles they are at excellent prices. All books have been in brand new condition. Fast shipping and a decent free shipping threshold. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy with my purchases, it felt like Christmas all over again! I purchased 8 books and 1 puzzle for $60. The books were in excellent condition. Somehow I enjoy a book even more when I know I got a great deal on it!

I did a lot of Christmas shopping at Book Outlet this year. I purchased many beautiful hardcover children's books at amazingly low prices, as well as several novels and reference books. Everything arrived in perfect condition packed in sturdy boxes and delivered right on time.

I've just recently purchased many orders from Book Outlet. It was such a joy to find books I wanted, though I certainly had to snatch them up quick! It was amazing prices and they were shipped and arrived in perfect condition.

I was happy with how quick the delivery process was and I got all my items except for one that I ordered. I would have given a higher review star result but that is frustrating. Hoping it can be resolved quickly.

I'm wary of "new" store sites but with the Paypal option there was no risk, so I went for it. I was able to purchase 2 of the 3 books I sought. The books came super fast and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the large format instead of the small paperback. I'll not hesitate to order on here again! I did have to order one of the books of the 4 book Wilbur Smith set I wanted, from another site (not received yet lol) so not sure if selection will be an issue but for now 5 Stars.

This was my first time ordering books through this provider. Im SO happy with the customer service, delivery time and of course the prices. Most, if not all, the books I had ordered were at least 40% off. When i received the books there was no defects or issues at all. They were all brand new. I will for sure be ordering through them again AND have already told a few friends about their website/service.

Hit or miss experience buying here. The condition of the books goes from decent to torn/beat up and no way to find out until they arrive to your door. Returns are accepted only if the books are in an unreadable shape. In recent cases, I never would have paid 50% off on a collector's edition if I had seen the poor condition of the book. It would have been better to wait for a sale on Amazon...

BookOutlet is a great website for buying books in Canada. The prices are surprisingly low, and the books are in amazing condition. My package was shipped from Toronto, ON, and only took a week to get to me in Alberta. Shipping is only $5, so even if you don't qualify for free shipping, it's still worth it. I bought four books with a grand total of $21 which was a steal. The experience was overall very satisfying!

I have been so impressed with Book Outlet. I order every few months and stock up on great titles at lower prices so I always have gifts ready for birthday parties or special occasions that arise. I also buy books for the holiday toy drive. Five stars! Always!

Your company sells books. You should know that you need heavy duty boxes. Just because a box can "hold " x amount of pounds doesn't mean it is suitable for shipping that weight across the country. I have a camera roll full of pictures of boxes I receive from your company that arrive damaged and taped by the Postal Service.

Mine was an order of 7 books & 1 desk calendar. All items were packaged well & delivered in a timely manner (& right to my door, which is a bonus). The Christmas stories of Charles $#*!ens (hard cover) was a book that slides into a sturdy outer protective housing that protects the book. While the book inside is pristine, unfortunately that book protector has rips on it (4 small), the bottom corners of it show wear & there is a slice (from a knife?) indented on the back of this protector (about the length of my baby finger). This is a Christmas gift for a friend. I will try to repair the tears somehow & hope the receiver doesn't mind the "knife gash" on the back. But, at least the book inside is undamaged. That is why I gave "3" stars.
Overall, it is an honest business & they have good prices & incentives. A quality control oversight, I think.

I love this online shop SO MUCH! The deals are excellent. They have great sales! I bought awesome activity packages as well as books for my niece and nephews at great prices. I don't want to shop anywhere else anymore! They cover nearly every genre and there are books here my library doesn't even have. There's a free shipping option too! What's not to love!?
