Carlos took all my credit info but neglected to text my confirmation number as promised.
By taking my information, debiting my card but not completing the reservation that is cc Fraud. After stealing my cc info the reservation service also located in Tacoma refused to take my calls back trying to ascertain my confirmation number.
I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Tacoma Police.
Kept asking if it was a direct employee of Best Western. Was told yes. When the person was going over the reservation and giving confirmation numbers then said that wanted to go over the cancellation policy and the fee. I said there shouldn't be a fee for cancellation. He said it would be $30. I replied I thought you were with Best Western. The person said oh we are a booking company for Best Western. I said that is not what you told me when I asked you in the beginning. I said want to cancel. The man said I would get charged the $30 fee. This is not a way to do business by deception. Doing business by deception is very unacceptable in my book.
Lydia is really nice to work with. Smart and very patient, since I'm prehistoric with phones and things. She got my reservations finished quickly and professionally.
Grace was very pleasant to speak with, and helped me out, tremendously. She took her time and helped me figure out restaurants in the area after I booked in Richmond, Virginia.
