It was Susan that took my booking and charged my card right away. The process took for ever via phone. Upon arrival at the hotel I learned that the confirmation was not sent to them. I had to pay again at check-in. It looked like this horrible booking service was a scam and I was forced to cancel my ctedit card. Do not do business with this company.

The reservationist, Grace was wonderful. She represents The Marriott Hotel with excellent customer service. She helped me find a Marriott Hotel in my price range and made sure there was an Electric Charging Station on site. Because of her I will continue to stay at The Marriott.

Granted I'm only staying one night I'm coming down for a friend's birthday party, But I have no tubs in my home. I have showers so I enjoy finding a hotel with a tub. Big tub. I'm not a little girl. I called in with the one 800 number to make a reservation for a hotel in Zachary Louisiana. The hotel reservation person was excellent. She made small chitchat, which I did like actually made it a pretty good day to talk to somebody over the phone.
