Not good. Asked for correct phone number to AC hotel, miami Beach because phone number on site is wrong. I was referred to check out yellow pages.com where the mumber is still the same wrong number. Frustrating

Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed the reservation was made through a third party, Expedia, which was not divulged. Then I was informed it was $26 a night to park when I'm already paying for a room. Also a continental breakfast is not included. Lastly there is no pool. Now I'm on an extended hold waiting to talk to a representative. The only reason I gave a one star is because I could not leave it blank to submit.
Rochelle booked me a room in a specific hotel that I was having difficulty booking myself online. She was not only able to book it, but double checked to make sure everything was correct and I was able to get a discounted rate. I appreciated Rochelle's great service.

Was booked on the phone not online. Agent Christina gave us incorrect info. We wanted a hotel with pool and full breakfast. She booked us at the Super 8 which is a dive. No pool and next to nothing for a breakfast nook
They took my money and when I wanted to leave the hotel they would not refund us.
