Card stops working after few days. Transactions gets declined although there is sufficient credit. Customer care No - just one - keep holding for several minutes - there is no response - you give up holding.

They took Intermediary charges from the sender upfront, still the it was charged double to the beneficiary.
Disputing for over thee months, the passing the buck fro one guy to another, useless customer care

I have been Buying currency from BookMyForex for last 2 years and till now no complaints. Honestly, it gives me immense pleasure to share my views here. Thanks to their support executive Ms. Shivani Sharma, She helped me a lot in my transaction, while its a issue related to payment and documents. There is no way I am letting these people scam any more people. They got a deposit of my $******* via bitcoin and claimed it never reflected on their end. There was no way I could prove they actually received that payment, till Fortsolution. Tech took it upon themselves to step in and pave the way for the repayment of my already lost money. ForexTB is not what they claim to be.

Hi, I would like to bring to notice that I booked currency and got a call from agent that if I make payment before 1pm, currency would be delivered on the same day. However, it's a failure on BookmyForex and their agency partner who are not committed to their commitment and give false promises to customers and get the payment done so that customers does not book with any other agency to purchase currency. This is really not the way to business.

It's been 12days now and I have not received my transfer yet. The customer service representative who is incharge rejects my calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use bookmyforex for wire transfer. Pay a little more to a bank and get it done smoothly instead. I had initiated in December 2021. Its January 2022 now I'll be charged for my transfer in the incoming bank just because of the delay from book my forex's side.

This is a fraud company waiting for an opportunity to grab people's money in the name of refundable deposit. They collect 2% refundable deposit upfront with a clear intent of not returning it. I placed an order for wire transfer to USD, for which they collected 4K as refundable deposit. Their cancelation policy is shrouded in mystery and not at all clear. Since I was getting a much better rate elsewhere, I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they did not give the 4K refundable deposit back since they say 4K is the cancelation charge. I'm sure they wouldn't have even started processing the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they said they will not return the refundable deposit. Not sure how many people they are looting everyday with their cunning tactics. This is a totally unethical and fraud company. Please stay away from this company and go for some professionally run ethical company for your needs.

This is regarding my order placed with Bookmyforex with order id BMF******* for loading the CCY card. The money was transferred to them and they are just harrassing me by never loading the card. I am in a foreign country with no card. OI relied on their serviced but they are a fraudulent company.

One Sagar did an excellent job in issuing and reloading my card. I was impressed by the smooth operation.

But I have been disappointed by the way they give written promises and do not keep it. Also my card got blocked over a weekend. I was cash strapped and lost my reputation at a merchant outlet. Then when I contacted bookmyforex they just declined all responsibility and sent me to fend for myself. No compensation was paid in spite of writing to their ceo. So god forbid anything happens to your card.

I had to send a wire transfer to my daughter who is in Australia. Not only did I get the best currency exchange rate for the wire-transfer, the processing fee charged was a mere Rs. 200/-. In the past when I sent wire-transfers directly through banks, the exchange rates were far higher and I ended up paying a lot of money as one-time transaction charges. Next time I’ll not even think of anyone but BookMyForex for money transfers and other forex transactions.

My wife and I are soon heading to US to meet our grand-children. For the first time ever I managed to buy forex simply sitting at home. Though I am not very internet savvy, I managed to book my order online with BookMyForex in not even 10 minutes, with full assistance from the Company’s customer help desk over live chat. The helpdesk staff patiently handled my queries. I had requested for my order to be home-delivered, and surprisingly we received it that very day! The services are perfect for old couples like us who find it difficult to run around for such errands.

I had got a DD issued through BookMyForex. Right from issuing it to delivering it to me, they created massive confusion and delayed the entire process. I received the DD just in time before my travel. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was unable to travel and wanted to cancel my DD. They really harassed me during the DD cancellation priocess withour proper service and finally made me deal with their third party vendor FCM travels.The service is horrible and the executives are incompetent. Please don't go through BookMyForex, rather go via any bank directly for issuing DD.

Firstly they do not provide help 24/7. I have been using their service for quite sometime now. There always has been some minor things, which is fine and can be overlooked. But my last experience literally made me cry at an international airport. I took forex card from them, which was supposed to be activated before I reach my foreign destination. They said some documents were missing, which were provided to them in hard copy. But they probably misplaced it. They didn't send me any mail/message about documents and didn't activate my card. I was stuck in one of the US airport, with no one from their team there to help as their office was closed. So i was stuck at the airport with no money, card not working and no one to help. One cannot probably imagine the condition of a person stuck at an international destination with no help. All thanks to bookmyforex. Hence, please choose a trusted bank instead of these guys.
